I was super anxious when my toilet's water supply line started leaking and flooding my bathroom in the middle of the night. Managed to turn water off till the following morning for the plumbers to arrive. Todd the technician from Mr. Rooters was super professional and fixed everything in a jiffy. He also helped me out on my shower water pressure problem I had been having. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend Mr. Rooter's to anyone. Thank you guys for everything!!!

They came out and I told them the area in my yard where my septic tank was but he still couldn't find it without me sitting outiside guiding him and holding flashlights. And when he did he dug 1/1/2 foot whole to open septic tank top and then told me that's all he can do and can't fix my emergency problem and to call another company to pump my septic tank. But he charged me $200 for basically nothing.
