I've had Tru Green, Scotts, and another one I can't remember and Hannan. Hannan is by far the best. They gave me an estimate via email which was about what I had bee paying the other companies. When the rep came out he said the actual cost would be MUCH less because my property was small. Very honest. They got control of the insect issues killing my shrubs that the other companies couldn't seem to do and I paid about half what the others charged. Very responsive to call backs if you have concerns after a treatment.

I asked for and received an estimate online that I thought was reasonable. The General Manager came out to my house to view the property and let me know what needed to be done. He performed a VERY detailed inspection of my landscaping. He identified every potential problem area (possible problems that I was already aware of) and explained how they treat those problems. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism. He also told me that after viewing my property that it was smaller than what the estimate was for, so he reduced the price of the estimate. That shows honesty and integrity to me. I strongly recommend talking to these people as part of any search for lawn, shrubs, and insect maintenance. They are extremely customer service oriented (unlike Massey and Scotts).

I kept asking for Ernie, but they refused to send him. Ant problem persisted since January and was never fixed.

They always did a great job, and if there were any problems after the treatment, the came back out to fix the issue at no extra charge.  They were always very pleasant to work with and I wish they were in my new area.

Billing problems.  The work for the deck was paid through the general contractor.  Kept receiving bills from Hannan even though this
was part paid by GC.  Poor bookkeeping by Hannan.  Would not return calls.

"It was not a bill you recieved. It was an annual renewal notice which is the law. All pre construction termite treatments must come with a renewable policy. This was not a bookkeeping issue. We simply follow the laws set forth by Dept of Agriculture. The $1,000,000.00 damage guarantee on your home has been cancelled."

They were great.  They pretty much charge us bi-monthly.  When you pay for something, you need to get a good service.  They came out and they were very professional.  So far they have done everything that they said they were going to do.  I highly recommend them.  We will use their services again in the future.
