I had the pleasure to have Raiden as my service technician. He arrived as scheduled, he was professional, polite and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. ( The roll down shutter was stuck in the open position. ) I was was especially impressed how he took the time to explain to how the shutters worked and what I needed to do to maintain them. I rarely write a review. I wanted to because it was such a good experience from the phone call to schedule the work to the fix. I will always use Expert Shutter Services for my hurricane shutter needs. Did I mention the price? It was very reasonable. Thank you, Marion C.

My experience with Expert Shutter Services was excellent. From the first time I called and was treated like royalty to the installers that finished the job, I was taken care of. The products and services were excellent. I highly recommend using Expert for any hurricane shutter needs.

We've Expert shutters and they service them annually. I called their office to give us a wind resistance rating certificate since my insurance company asked for it. Our neighbor in the condo building has such a certificate. I thought there wouldn't be an issue. The first person I spoke to said she can't give it. Surprise. I asked for the manager but she wasn't available. Got her name and left two messages. No return calls. Then, I called to talk to the President--I was transferred to his voice mail. Left a message for Mr. Mike Heissenberg. It has been three+ weeks but no return calls. Their service people who do yearly maintenance are fine and courteous but the office staff is a different story. If they sell their shutters to be wind resistant, they should have no issue certifying as such. Their company name and logo is on our balcony shutters. Finally, I decided to get an independent inspection done. DMI inspectors inspected but couldn't rate the shutters. Our condo is on the beach. This's important for us. I'm really frustrated. Thinking if the shutters won't protect against a severe hurricane. My advice to buyers is Expert give a building code and wind rating certificate before you sign a contract. We'll hire Expert again if we are assured of the shutter reliability during a hurricane.

Really great they were professional and punctual need an even did work above and beyond what was contracted so that the shutters would be perfect for me very pleased

They showed up and gave us many options, discussing the pros and cons of each. We received a written estimate and decided to proceed wit according shutters across the patio. They told us how long it would take for manufacturing and installation - and followed through. Professional installation and great company with reliable, experienced employees.

They came and gave me an estimate and said it would be 10-12 weeks wait. OK by me .. just needed them before the next hurricane season! The 3 fellows just left after completing They were very professional... they got here, unloaded their tools and supplies and got right to work. Thanks guys ... for a great job! I am very pleased! I choose the lexan hurricane panels for all the windows. They are strong and don't weigh very much so they are easy to put up and take down went the hurricane season is over. I like that the light comes through even when the panels are up. The white crank rolling shutter system for the sliding glass doors is very nice! It's made well and looks good. Worth every penny!

Both office staff and Paul, the salesperson who provided our estimate, were very efficient and friendly. The price quoted and production time for the Bahama shutters we wanted was much more than we expected, so this project will have to be postponed. Based on our experience so far I will contact them again to bid when we are ready.

Was told we would get a quote within 24 hrs. 4 days have passed and after 3 phone calls, the last threatening a call to the owner, we received a quote. No apology, nothing. The agreed discount not included, completely unprofessional by the person doing their quotes. Additionally, the person answering the company's calls was less than helpful. I wouldn't buy shutters from such an unprofessional company even if they were the cheapest. I wonder if the owner knows how inept some of the sales people for his company really are.

They are perfect, the people were great, they are on time, they are here when they say the would.

Pete was very professional and fixed our shutters in no time. He also told us what we needed to do to maintain our shutters throughout the year. Thanks Pete!

Came out to measure and never provided estimate even after follow up phone call.

NEED NEW ACCORDIAN SHUTTERS. THEY MEASURED. MARK MESSED UP TWICE. INSTALL DATE HAS BEEN PUSHED BACK FROM FIRST WEEK OF JUNE TO THIRD WEEK OF JULY. REMOVED ALL OLD SHUTTER ATTACHMENTS ON MY HOUSE AS DIRECTED, AND GOT RID OF MY SHUTTERS. NOW IT IS HURRICANE SEASON AND BECAUSE OF MARKS ERRORS I AM HELPLESS AND WITHOUT SHUTTERS IF THERE IS A HURRICANE. To be continued.... UPDATE 6-9-2017 They fixed my problem. And my F review should be removed shortly.

Great work, good employees

Very professional outfit. There was an initial measurement by Tom their salesman and he had his laptop with a portable printer which allowed me to have the pricing immediately. There was absolutely NO pressure which I truest sppreciated. We called them a few days later to let them know we'd like to hire them. Tom came back to finalize the contract for our signatures and the deposit and were put in the schedule. They had the installer measure again and the arrived on exactly the dates originally given to me After the completion, they cleaned up as if they were never here. I HIGHLY recommend this company! We were very impressed

Everyone arrived at their scheduled time and the entire process went according to schedule. There was a slight delay during installation due to weather, but I was notified and kept well informed

The installers were professional, on time and very friendly and helpful. I dislike when workers complain about their job and these installers were great.

It went exceptionally well from start to finish. The office staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, and competent. They set up an in-home consultation which went smoothly. Tom listened to our concerns, took initial measurements, and drew up a plan which perfectly fit our needs and budget. Once the permits were received the workers arrived and completed the job quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. We were also pleasantly surprised at how nice the accordion shutters blended in with our decor.
