They showed up to check the problem, submitted the bid the next day. Scheduled the repair within a week. Finished the work as promised.

I had a leak appear on a Thursday morning and requested a quote from several companies and Mike at Bright was first to respond and had Leo here 3 hours later to provide and estimate (several hundred dollars) cheaper than the subsequent two quotes i got and Leo was back again first think Saturday morning to replace the rotted plywood and stop the leak from causing any further damage. Returned again first thing Monday morning replaced all the tile and inspected the roof where he proactively identified a few other cap tiles and replaced those as well. Overall, couldn't be happier with the both the service and the cost and Bright will be my go to roofer from here on out...

I called for a quote and set up a time. They were at my house exactly as scheduled When I call to set up the job they came exactly as scheduled My association requires verification of license and insurance. I asked and it was sent to me via email within 15 minutes. The customer service was excellent. They took pictures of before and after. The clean-up could not have been better.

We contacted them on Memorial Day. It was raining very hard and we discovered we had a roof leak. Mike, the owner came right over to speak with us, then a short time later he came back with one of his employees to inspect the roof. He worked up a quote for us within a few hours. Once we accepted the quote, he promptly scheduled the repair. The roofers were here on time as scheduled. They were all very polite and worked very hard all day. Mike spoke with me at the onset of the project as well as when the crew was finishing up so I would know exactly what was going on. They were fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone who needs roof install or repair.

I know nothing about roofing, but the workmen were here very timely and worked hard all day. I was sent pictures of the work in progress and the finished job and it looked good. I would recommend this company. Mr. Ortiz was very pleasant to deal with.

Bright roofing was fast responding, transparent, efficient and clean. Before and after photos were taken. The owner broke things down on what needed to be done and why. I had three roofing companies come and inspect my leak issues all missed a venting issue except for Bright Roofing, there were multiple areas of proof that this was an issue. After the work was complete the owner inspected the work to make sure everything was done properly. We were promised a warranty if something should go wrong in those areas.

They're very prompt and efficient.
