Although Joseph was a little late getting there, He was very apologetic. He was professional and thorough. It is too soon to tell whether or not the treatment was successful or not but I am very, very optimistic and will rely on their three month guarantee.

We started seeing a multitude of yellow jackets in our backyard and saw them going in behind the siding. We contacted Universal Exterminators and spoke to Shawn. He was prompt, communicative and explained everything from A-Z. He delivered as promised. The nest and yellow jackets are gone.

I spoke to Shawn on the phone and he was super helpful and professional! He answered all of my questions and was able to schedule an appointment to come to my home right away (and even accommodated me when I called back to change the time 30 minutes later)! One of his employees was supposed to meet my husband between 8am-9am, and actually arrived early. My husband said that he was very nice and thorough. Since we just got serviced I can't say what the effects will be long term, but Shawn already assured me that we have a 1 year guaranty in case any issues should arise. Also, the cost is INCREDIBLE. I highly recommend these guys!

Termite Pest Control Service
Termites inspection, that was the quickest money spent, for an important job. The guy they send me do not know jack about termites, I moved in and someone else saw the problem immediately. What a shame! Will not recommend Will never used them again 1/2 a star is too high
