I required and exterminator and did not know anyone local. I have had luck in the past with 'Home Advisor' and figured that I would try the service for this job. That is how I found Universal Exterminating. The technician, whose name is Robert, is very knowledgable with 25 years experience. He is a genuinely nice person and was patient in answering questions. He takes pride in his work and spent several hours at my home to 'do the right job'. He is planning a return visit to follow-up and assure our satisfaction. Shawn answers his phone quickly and returns messages. I would recommend Universal for your exterminating jobs.

Shawn is incredibly professional and thorough. A few months ago, we had a sub-par exterminator and contractor come into our apartment for mice and they returned. Shawn fixed issues they missed within minutes and has followed-up several times. Also very affordable!
