"All clients that obtain our pest control services for mice and roaches receive a full ONE YEAR GUARANTY. Our techs will first proof your home and then lay traps in strategic locations so that the stray mice can be caught. This above client has yet to communicate with our office so that the above complaint can be corrected. We do maintain initial contact with our clents after the initial service has been executed however no client so far has communicated the above problem. If the above comments were accurate, a technician would be immmediately dispatched so that the complaint would be promptly erradicated."
