Shawn from UE was terrific and very helpful. I had a recurring waterbug/cockroach problem. While he was not able to fix the problem on the first visit - he came back 3 more times and was very proactive in following up to make sure everything was covered. Great service

I spoke to Shawn on the phone and he was super helpful and professional! He answered all of my questions and was able to schedule an appointment to come to my home right away (and even accommodated me when I called back to change the time 30 minutes later)! One of his employees was supposed to meet my husband between 8am-9am, and actually arrived early. My husband said that he was very nice and thorough. Since we just got serviced I can't say what the effects will be long term, but Shawn already assured me that we have a 1 year guaranty in case any issues should arise. Also, the cost is INCREDIBLE. I highly recommend these guys!

The person I spoke with was very friendly and did a great job setting up an appointment time that worked with my schedule. The extermination itself has worked well. I've found two waterbugs since the treatment and both were dead.

Shawn was absolutely amazing. He worked with our busy schedule and went through our apartment very carefully, examining every nook and cranny for bedbugs. Finding none, he provided helpful cost effective measures to prevent infestation rather than try to sell us unecessary products and services. I would recommend Shawn without reservation.

The technician that actually came out to do the work was outstanding. Very professional and very personable also. Good thing, because originally there had been some communication and scheduling miscues with the office that had left me less than delighted. Callbacks that were promised but not made, and then 2 scheduling miscues. But I must admit, once Alex showed up, he was terrific, and we were VERY satisfied.

I called four companies before I chose Universal Exterminating. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone who listened to my concerns and assured me that if I chose this company to service my home, I would be very satisfied. He explained what would transpire and answered numerous questions. The service technician who arrived was extremely thorough and very friendly. He addressed all my concerns while going above and beyond what I had asked for. As for pricing, I found that Universal Exterminating was very affordable and worth the value for their time and service . I am completely satisfied and would definitely recommend this company.

The process was pretty smooth for removing my bed bug issue but don't expect to have one session and it's done a minimum of 3 sessions was need to remove my very isolated problem but with a 3 month guarantee I advise using them no less then 3 times for what you will pay which is not to bad a price but the results speak for themselves. If you want anymore information email me I can explain what they did and how they did it. Plus it's all super fast and easy you can even stay in your own home when it's finished but remember at least 3 appointments is free so use them often in 3 months for greatest value.

Termite Pest Control Service
Termites inspection, that was the quickest money spent, for an important job. The guy they send me do not know jack about termites, I moved in and someone else saw the problem immediately. What a shame! Will not recommend Will never used them again 1/2 a star is too high

Shawn from Universal arrived to destroy some bee hives in our backyard. He arrived promptly, was extremely courteous, and the price was great. He even called the following morning to check on the situation. We would recommend Shawn at Universal to anyone who needs help with exterminating projects and we'll be sure to use him again in the future for preventative termite control.
