We hired this company to clean our roof. They promised they would not harm the finish on our metal roof. They took off almost all of the finish and left it looking chalky. We contacted them and they promised to come out. We have never heard from them since.

"Our company clean roofs. Unfortunately we do not paint roofs. Your roof was covered with mildew and algae. We did a great job removing all the environmental buildup and rinsing everything. We did a miracle on your roof. There is nothing we can do with the possible damage that the environmental buildup has done over the years. It?s recommended to clean your roof AT LEAST every two years. There for, in order to avoid potential damage to your roof due to environmental buildup do not wait 5 years to clean your roof."
