I just called for a Maintenance call to make sure my ac was working properly and clean
They very good they should me how clean the ac is and how they changed the filter.
They called me before they would up for the appointment to make sure I was home in the morning.
I will call them again.

"This complaint is from Feb of 2013. Our company was there in Sept 11th 2013. The service call was for replacing a thermostate repalcing a capacitor and adding a Hard Start Kit, The second call on Sept 13th 2013 and we cleaned the coil. I am nto sure if [MEMBER] had someone else out to him in Feb of that year and had some problems but it was not our company. Please have him look at his records to see which company he had so he can have some closure in tis case."
"Air Source 1 January 5, 2015 [member name removed] called us for a free estimate for a new A/C system. While giving the estimate [member name removed] complained profusely about Speedy Air Conditioning who installed his last system. He told us how they lied to him and the poor job they did and that they needed a new system right away because they are both ill with heart problems. They persisted it was so hot in their house they were walking around practically naked for relief. [member name removed] affirmed he wanted a 16 SEER unit and no less. WE explained that only straight A/C systems come in 16 SEER. This was fully explained to [member name removed] and his wife. We have all the signed contracts showing he agreed to the 16 SEER 3.5 ton A/C with 10kw electric heat package. [member name removed] wanted financing as well. Our manager went by the [member name removed] house several times beginning the 7th of November 2014 to go over the financing options and have them sign the paperwork for the financing. We have all the paperwork which includes the model of the A/C units and date of application and date of installation which is required for the financing to be approved. The [member name removed] were approved to being the installation and we began an emergency installation because of their heart problems on Thursday the 13th of November 2014 finishing late Friday the 14th of November 2014. The city of Port St. Lucie allows for next day permits in case of an emergency. Both the [member name removed] talked to every employee regarding there heart problems so we installed the unit and then applied for the permit which was Monday morning because the city is not open on the weekends. WE have every signed paper which states that we were installing a 16 SEER A/C with 10kw heat package. We discussed in detail with both the [member name removed] that there is not 16 SEER heat pump. At this time [member name removed] has gone to every extent to slander our business. He says he wants a heat pump. We have no problem accommodating this request however there is a difference in price for a heat pump compared to a straight A/C. As well as a cost to take out the contracted unit and put in the heat pump. [member name removed] refuses to pay the difference and insist we release the money for the financing. ON the contract [member name removed] agreed to give us the balance in a check for $80.00 which he stopped payment on as well. We believe we had done everything we could to help the [member name removed]. We went to their home on many occasions to go over the unit that would be installed. In fact as you can see on the contract he was firm that the unit was a 2014 unit because Speedy gave him an older unit. We made sure the unit is a current 2014 model. As soon as his financing went through we pulled our technicians to do an elegancy install because of their health issues. We would be happy to change out the system for the difference in price. Unfortunately, I believe we are at an impasse. [member name removed] has stated in his many complaints that he no longer requests our services. Respectfully, Heidi Knox Air Source 1 LLC Manager"
