Kerry arrived on time, he charged all three of us what he quoted me at our initial meeting. There were no hidden charges. My neighbor liked his work so much that he asked him to do his house on the spot. His work was outstanding. I will definitely use him again and I'm considering him for future work(painting and sealing my drive way pavers.
His pricing was truly affordable, professional, and outstanding.....

The entire experience was exceptional!  The crew arrived every day on-time and were professional in all that they did. The house was cleaned and prepped thoroughly and the painting was complete and precise. Every night the workspace was left clean and orderly. The house looks great. It was a pleasure having Kerry and his crew paint the house. Their price was considerably less than most of the quotes I received from others.  I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

We just had our roof, driveway and pool enclosure cleaned by Affordable Pressure Washing.  They did a fantastic job!!!  Kerry and his co-worker were very professional, friendly and thorough.  I will definitely be calling them in the future.

I contacted Kerry for an in-home estimate on 2/21. He came out the next day on time and reviewed what I had planned. I had a previous estimate for pressure washing just the pool area, and Affordable's estimate was less than half of that estimate. We agreed on a date of 2/28 at 11am. On 2/27 Kerry called to ask if he come earlier on the 2/28 as he had another job that day that would need the afternoon. I agreed and at 9am they showed as promised and began work. I was working that day, so I left it to my wife to tell them what needed done(Kerry was not there himself, which he told in advance would be the case). My wife called at 1pm to say that they had finished and that she was pleased with their work. I arrived home at approx 5 pm and inspected what they had done. I was very pleased with the work overall. The driveway had some oil stains that I had tried removing myself, buy Affordable's crew got them much lighter than I expected. The screened patio looked amazing and they did a great job on the soffit.They did miss a few areas that I had wanted done, but because I was not there personally I chalked that up to MY mistake. All the guys were great, even putting up with my playful dog.

I would and will definitely call them again!

three man crew showed up at the time arranged, one man started pressure washing the large driveway i have, another got up on the roof and started cleaning the gutters, while the third man began pressure cleaning my pool deck and enclosure. inside of three hours the entire job was finished. my wife and i couldnt believe how good a job they did. i have a few more things that need to be done. they will be doing the work that needs to be done from now on. i couldn't be more pleased with the job turned out.

We have used them for several years now.  They are familiar with our property, they are punctual, professional and trustworthy.  They did a great job the first time and we have never been disappointed.

They were a little late as they had to complete another obligation. Kerry explained what he was going to do. (He was very polite and helpful). His helper heavily watered the areas directly below the roof. (Our roof was black!) He then treated the roof which returned to its natural color by the time they left. Kerry power washed our pool enclosure and also treated our waterfall and knocked down any spiders/webs that he saw. The job was well done. He then cleaned the driveway and front sidewalk before departing. My grass below the the roof browned a bit due to the process but it has since come back and I was advised that this was going to happen.  Very excellent experience!

Kerry called me and came to do an estimate on cleaning my gutters around the pool. He told me what time he was arriving and day. He came on time and gave me an estimate of the job which I was satisfied with.  Kerry let me know when he was coming to do the job and the time. Kerry arrived on the day and time we both agreed with. Kerry and his helper did such a great job cleaning my gutters that I gave him more money than his estimate, because they went over and beyond the call of duty I felt. And I was very, very pleased with all the work done that I will not hesitate to call him a 3rd yes 3rd time. His prices are very affordable. Thanks Kerry for a great job. gayle20

Kerry and his partner showed up on time and got to work right away.  It didn't take them very long (maybe 2 hours altogether).  Kerry cleaned the downspouts and his partner washed the patio.  Kerry was kind enough to inform us of cracked and/or broken tiles on our roof and said he would repair them for free if we needed him to clean our roof.  They both did a wonderful job.  The pressure washing was far superior to that performed by a different company about 6 months ago.  The cost was $20 to clean the downspounts and $60 to wash the patio. The patio surrounds our pool which is 35'x14', so it is not a small space.   We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

We requested gutter cleaning and got a quote over the phone  including
travel costs from PSL.   He came punctually, worked efficiently and
competently. Donated some waterproof spray for the gutter seams and
didn't charge a penny more than his estimate although the gutter job had
been neglected and there was a lot to do.  We tipped him a little extra
- seemed only fair.  Would re-hire him (and will do so) for
pressure-washing, and screen repair.  Very pleased with this company and
would highly recommend it. Excellent service.

Just OK.

I had water leaks over that part and had seen some vegetation in the area, recommendations from the Aluminum company I had spoken with indicated I probably needed the gutters cleaned.  He went up and found very little to clear, and he took pictures of the area so I could get some estimates on what it would take to seal the leaks.  He only charged me $30 for the visit, was on time, and very professional.

Kerry and his partner arrived earlier than promised and started working, they pressure cleaned the driveway, pressure cleaned the deck,  deck furniture and then sealed the deck. The furniture was an add on and there was no charge, they also cleaned the gutters.  Affordadle is eaxactly as the name says. It was the best quote I recd. They were very punctual, efficient and professional.  The work was performed exactly as promised.  I would hire this company again in a minute. It was a pleasure to work with a company that delivers what they promise.

Because of the rain, Kerry called to let me know that they were running a little late.  I totally understood as it had been a stormy morning and mine was the second job.  They arrived within the time estimated and went right to work.  Everything was completed in quick order and arrangements were made for a return visit to seal the wood deck once the rainy weather subsides a bit and it can be done.    I didn't have my long driveway pressure washed this time, but Kerry put a coating of bleach on it for me to lighten it up.  This is just an example of how this company goes above and beyond for their customers.  No question that I will be calling on them again in 6 months.

I WAS NOT HOME TO WATCH KERRY DO HIS WORK.. BUT I KNOW IT ALL CAME OUT WELL AND HE FINISHED IN A REASONABLE TIME.

Overall, the job was easy to schedule.  The owner returned my call promptly and was able to schedule me quickly!
