The work performance was pretty close to magical - these people are super fast and experts at what they do I have never seen a contractor works as fast as they did with such a high degree of perfection we are super satisfied and love our new fence watching them work was like watching a craftsman working on a fine Swiss watch

Went really well. We were start and stop there for a while, mostly from our side and scheduling conflicts from us, so I have to say that he really was patient with us and stuck with it until we were ready to go. Was a really good contractor experience.

They were on time. They did the job in two days. A few of the boards on the gates were not nailed in, but they came back promptly to fix them. Over all a very good job on the fence and would highly recommend.

These guys are PHENOMENAL!!! The showed up quickly, gave me a quote that far exceeded competitors and got to work in a week! They have one man that put everything in by himself and did a wonderful job. He was fast, efficient and talented. This company is awesome and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a great job!

Took much longer than we were originally told. From not having pieces on hand to installers working on other jobs, a few days job took several weeks. Also, the quality of the material was nott what we were originally shown. I think other reviews have stated the same thing.
One gate sags and needs to be lifted to latch it. And they tired to squeeze more money out of us by telling us they had under measured and we needed more material. Our own measurements proved them wrong and they backed off. That's what you get when you go with the low bidder. Spend a few extra bucks and get a professional, ontime and quality job.

"We never received a call about any of these issues. First of all we guarantee our gates from sagging. Second I never gave customer a physical sample of material because I don't carry one in my vehicle. We always give customers brochures which have the specifications in them. It almost sounds like customer is speaking of another fence company because we were never contacted about such issues."

This is a follow up to a complain I just had with this company. After emailing the company through their and quot;contact usand quot; link on their web site, their GM sent me an email back basically telling me he doesn't appreciate me complaining when he doesn't know about the problem and he invited to complain to any local municipality I wish. Clearly he is too important and his business is doing to well to be bothered with upsetting a potential customer.
I wrote - and quot;You say you are focused on customer service....but you can't be bothered to keep an appointment or come out and do a quote? I will not be recommending you to anyone!!! I will also be filing complaints with the BBB and CoC!!!
Somebody named Derrick Bailey replied
and quot;I have no idea what you are talking about. Thank you anyways for calling me direct at (phone number) to resolve the issue. I cant fix a problem if I dont know about but you do what you feel you need to do. Take care.
Ps dont forget to complain to your local municipality as well.and quot;

The estimator who came over was very polite and professional. He was knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions and gave me some great suggestions. When I asked when to expect the job to be done, he told me that it should be done in about 2 weeks. I said great because I had a busy month coming up. Just prior to the end of the 2 week waiting period, I called him and asked if there was scheduled yet for my job. He told me he had no information on that and I needed to call the main office. I did and was told they had no estimated date yet because the material hadn't come in. It should be in a week or 2. At the end of a week or two, I called again and was told that they were having a problem with their supplier and had no idea of when the materials would be in. About 10 days later I called again and received the same story. The next day they called me and said the installer would be over that day. The installers showed up, when expected. They were very friendly and again very professional and explained how they were going to do the installation. They kept me up to date on their progress. It took 2 and 1/2 days vice the 1 and 1/2 days they expected due to having been given some wrong materials and some challenges with the installation due to some utility lines.
The reason for the and quot;Band quot; what seem like a lack of communication within the company and I had to do all of the calling instead of them calling me and letting me know the status. I believe that if the estimator had been in communication with the office, he may have given me a better date and that the office should have been calling me and giving me updates.

Derrick, the owner came and gave us an initial estimate for a full PVC
white vinyl fence with a 10' gate and a 5' gate. He was very persuasive
and promised us superior quality for his quoted price. He even showed
us a SAMPLE of a really thick, heavy duty PVC post that his competitors
didn't compare too! However, when the fence was installed, it was not the same quality that he had originally showed us! WE asked to see the sample again and he refused to show us. He did a and quot;BATE AND SWITCHand quot;.
I was very upset with the thin quality of the PVC and he agreed to install steel posts in some of the post's to reinforce his cheap product but he wouldn't give us what we paid for. We had to dig out under the gates to open them because they were installed too low to the ground...and several of the top caps were not glued down and kept blowing off!
Jump forward almost 2 years...the 10' gate is busting off its cheap hinges. We called Derrick to come out and repair them and he quoted us $400 to raise the gates and replace the cracking parts! WARRANTY??? NO warranty according to Derrick, he says it is wind damage and we haven't even had a hurricane yet! I can't imagine how it will hold up then! VERY sad about wasting our money and time. MAKE SURE YOU GET SAMPLES TO HOLD ON TO COMPARE QUALITY AND GET THE WARRANTY IN WRITING!!!
I would avoid his fast talking sales pitch and spend a few more dollars on quality fencing!

Billy was excellent he had to coordinate the repairs with my exterminator to repair termite damage. He made a tentative date with my exterminator but was unable to make it and called him in advance to reschedule for the following week. Everything after that went like clockwork.He showed up for the job on time and was able to coordinate everything with my exterminator including replacing some damaged wood. Billy's workmanship was very high quality.I would highly recommend him for any stucco work they were prompt, courteous and did the job quickly.

They are good. I wasn't there when they did it but when I came there, it looked good, it was done properly. I was fully satisfied with it. They came when they are supposed to. They did what they are supposed to do, I don't know what time but they did it.

I actually submitted a review on this company a while ago. His price was a bit high but, most importantly, when we requested proof of insurance, we never received it, despite two requests. Never signed a contract with them

"If our price was too high we do offer to beat and beat any written estimate by 100.00 as long as the other quote was given by a licensed and insured fence company. Also we have 3 people in the office that can get a copy of our license, insurance, and workers comp to you at any time between 7am and 5pm. I apologize you did not receive it. The salesman was a little late for the estimate, but he called ahead so it was no problem. After measuring the area to be fenced in, he went over the process and materials used. Very informative and professional. They offer to match any competitors price and beat it by $100. However, since the quotes were close I went with another company on a whim.

I had 3 companies quote a backyard wood privacy fence for my house in PSL. Of the three, Great Fence had the most professional approach, provided technical details of how they would build it (# bags concrete, how to attach to house, ring-shank nails, etc). They were very flexible with my requests. Their price was not the lowest of the three, but was competitive, and I thought offered the most value with quality considered. Construction happened when they said it would, and finished on time. It is sturdy, straight, and a couple tricky areas came out better than I expected. Overall a very good customer experience.
