Horrible! They have been here 7 times since can’t seem to figure out the problem it will run ok for a couple weeks then back to crappy! Now the ac could are all frozen out side and it’s completely clogged (he supposedly thoroughly cleaned it out a couple weeks ago) I’ve been trying to contact them and the owner since Friday it’s now almost a week later and they refuse to call me back I’ve had my mom my dad my best friends call they won’t call any of us back… supposed to have a year warranty.. it’s only 3 months old and we paid 7 grand for it not happy with this company at all!

They were prompt, finished the job, and had pictures to show us of completed project. We were satisfied with their work and would hire them again if needed.

Found company and coupon on Angie's list for $39 plus parts. Easy to schedule and they honored the coupon. Arnold was the technician and he brought technician. Both very professional and competent. Arnold showed me significant deterioration of the bottom of the air handler box. Over 20 years old. Already knew it was past its useful life. Asked him to quote a replacement and upgrade. He submitted two products, both very competitive pricing. I ended up with the more expensive, as I want variable speed fan for energy efficiency. I did purchase the replacement and look forward to seeing this team again when it arrives. Highly recommend this company for HVAC. FYI add on Angie's says they do plumbing, which they no longer do. Also asked for price to replace exhaust, which they don't do as they say mostly electrical. So it's only a HVAC company now.

They came out promptly to see what might be wrong and ended up replacing the unit. They completed project quickly and were very accommodating to work around an appointment I already had scheduled

A pipe broke and I had water on my floor. The Plummer fixed the pipe but he recommended a “remediation company” for the water damage. That company was a scam and brought a lot of fans and heavy set people to intimidate us into signing a release to manage all our communications with our insurance company to bill hundred of thousands of dollars. These people should not be on this list and we hope other customers are aware of this scam.

Minor fix the toilet, and no charge!

The overall installation went very well. This was done during the pandemic lock-down, and the team worked with me to ensure all parts (difficult to get at this time) were procured before beginning the installation. I was impressed with their ability to adapt during this trying time. The electrician also made all the difference; he truly took professional pride in his work. They have my business in the future.

Smart thermostats installed. Technician was very thorough, set up the features and made sure I understood how to use the thermostat. Craig was very clean and polite. I will definitely use Pronto for any future HVAC needs.

The plumber did a great job. I had them install a valve off of my ng gas line for a generator hookup. He was very courteous with the estimate and knowledgeable during installation. He made a plan and put it to work. They offered a great price for the job and I plan to use them again.
