Bosley's Roof Cleaning & Power Washing

Service rep was prompt, well dressed and polite. He did a good job for $59.00. If I was grading the results- I'd give him a C+. My gutters are definitely cleaner than they were. The whole job took him less than 30 minutes. He left behind a tiny bit more of a mess than I would have liked. The leaves from the gutters were left all in a pile up against the 'bird cage' and he could have easily used the leaf blower (that he borrowed from me to clean the gutters!) to blow the excess debris away into the huge hedge that is about 12 feet away. I would have asked him to do so...but he was gone pretty quickly.

The young man from Bosley came on time, was very professional, and assured me I need not be home for him to be able to do his job. All I had to do in advance was remove all items from the lanai. I can't tell you how pleased I was when I returned home to find everything spic and span; no more green mold on the inside cage supports or screens, no more black mold on the facia or gutters. The outside of the house was imaculate. He even washed the house and outside lanai in back of shrubs and plantings without hurting a single plant. I feel their prices are reasonable and would not hesitate to hire them in the future as needed.

Brad came out today and was on time, professional, and cleaned out the dryer vent. I've had the dryer vent cleaned before and have a 2 story home, no ones ever gone on the roof. Brad did to clean out the vent up there - in the afternoon hot sun. After he left I went to move the dryer over a little to put a shelf in-between the dryer and washer.....the hose for the dryer came off. I tried to reattach but couldn't, it was too short. Called them and he came back within 15 mins of my call same day with Joe and put a NEW longer hose on and replaced the clamps.....now that is Professional Customer Service at its best!!! No charge for the 2nd visit or the additional hose and clamps. You never see that anymore, I was so happy! I will use their services again and you should too!

I was really impressed by this company?s customer service attitude, from an almost immediate acknowledgement of my email request for an estimate through the completion of cleaning my driveway and roof. I was even more impressed with the results! I have a white tile roof that now looks brand new and the driveway looks great, too. I will definitely use them again.

I purchased an Angie's Deal for powerwashing. Bosley's was quick to contact me and schedule the service. Unfortunately rainy weather delayed the service a couple of times, but Bosley's was great about contacting me and trying to reschedule. Very professional. The service, once we had a dry day, was well done. I am very happy with their customer service and quality and will be using them again, with or without an Angie's Deal.

It went very well. I purchased the special on 4/17/2014 and was contacted immediately. The appointment was scheduled for 4/22/2014 2:30 - 3:30 p.m., but they called and said they were available at around 1:00 p.m. The two individuals arrived shortly after 1 p.m. and cleaned the Dryer Vent. They were very professional.

Previously, I have had my home pressure washed and it would take the crew several hours to get it clean. The way Bosley's cleans your home it is fast and effective.

Our property adjoins a conservation area filled with cypress trees, which caused terrible staining over 13 years. Our roof is composed of dimensional asphalt shingles which were originally gray but appeared to be black from the staining. Bosley's was offering a coupon through Angie's list which saved us several hundred dollars. Bosley's contacted us to set up a convenient time for the service to be done. They were on time, did a good job, and even cleaned a gutter so the debris would not be splashed onto our clean lanai during the roof cleaning process. I called the next day with a question regarding some residual yellowish staining that had not been apparent when they left. The person explained that it would go away with the first rainfall. They were absolutely right. I would recommend them to my friends.

I'm not really sure how to rate this company. The owner is very nice & professional. He did a great job cleaning our roof and sidewalks, and even secured a roof tile for me that was loose and did not charge me for it. They were supposed to clean our roof and our dryer vents which were clogged on the same day, but due to time constraints, he had to send someone back to clean the dryer. My frustration with this company lies in the the way the dryer vent cleaning was handled. The young man was late arriving to my house. When he came in, he cleaned the dryer vents but when he went to connect the dryer to the duct work in the wall, he could not do so. He was getting very frustrated and made comments that did not give me a lot of confidence that he knew what he was doing. Indeed, the owner had to come back to try to connect the parts. I have to give Joe a lot of credit because he did go to buy special parts to try to fix the issue and he didn't charge me for the parts or labor to do so. When he left, he said the dryer was fixed. However, when I went to dry my clothes on the following day, the entire room was filled with steam. When I climbed on top of the washer to see what the problem might be, the dryer was not connected to the duct work. Unfortunately, this happened to be over a weekend. I called and left 2 messages. Although they appeared to call on Monday, they did not leave a message or call back thereafter. I was told that the problem was the the duct work behind the wall was not properly installed. I don't blame Bosley's for this problem. My frustration, however, is that before they came, I had a functional dryer, and after they left, I did not. And to boot, they could recommend anyone to fix the issue. I have called 6 different companies looking for someone to repair it, including someone who does general construction work and could not find anyone to fix it because it's apparently a labor intensive job that they can't charge a lot for. My husband spent a half day trying to fix the issue to get our dryer functional again. I have no idea if it's done properly but at least our clothes dry now. Bosley's says that the kind of problem my home had is not within their skill set. In a way, I understand this. However, if you're going to be in the business where there is a possibility of this sort of issue popping up, you either need to 1) have the skill set to fix something that you took apart (you take the customer as you find them, and the customer has no way of knowing what their duct work is like) or 2) you need to have a good set of people to refer the issue to so that the customer can get the issue fixed. When I called to pay the final bill on Tuesday, the girl who answered, Brittany, made no mention to me of the phone calls I placed to Bosley's over the weekend. She did not bother to ask if we had resolved the issue or if there was anything they could help us with, even when I mentioned the fact that their "repair" didn't work, she said "oh, is this the house with the duct issues?" I think that this is a great company for pressure washing. They did a nice job with that and my roof and sidewalks look brand new. They are very nice and I honestly think they do want their customers to be happy. I would use them for roof cleaning again. But, buyer beware on the duct cleaning unless you know for a fact that they can get your duct work back together and leave you in the position that they found you.

A clean cut young man came and provided the services I purchased. I would use again and highly recommend.

Bosley's Roof Cleaning & Powerwashing were very good. I told them I needed them right away and they said they had a truck in the neighborhood and would be there that same day. They were quick, did a good job and were inexpensive. I liked them. They were absolutely responsive and punctual.

Two very nice, professionally dressed, guys arrived on time, introduced themselves, and got right to work. They bagged all of the leaves and trash from the gutters. When done they presented me with a receipt. They scheduling was easy and service was fast. I'll call them them next time I need exterior cleaning.

I bought the deal on Angie's List after reading great reviews. I was contacted via email by the provider on a Sunday that they would call during business hours to schedule. They called and I set the appointment. The day before the appointment I got an email reminder. A nice young man (sorry did not catch his name) arrived promptly at the appointed time. He was very professional and put booties on to enter the house. He explained everything he was going to do. We have a gas dryer so I was a little concerned how that would work. Not a problem as there was a flex hose on it. When he pulled the dryer out he discovered the flexible vent tube was not connected to the vent. Most likely it pulled off when the dryer was pulled out as the tube was very short and the clamp was not tight. He cleaned the vent from inside the house as well as the dryer. When he pushed the dryer back in, he made sure he clamped it tightly. He then went on the roof to clean from the top. This young man is a real asset to the company.

Everything was done in a professional way. They did the job quickly and efficiently.

I purchased a Big Deal for a dryer vent cleaning service. I was a little disappointed because the deal did not mention time limitations. I work Mon - Fri with an hour commute each way. They do not do weekend or after 5 appts. There were able to come at 7 am though. The service was quick and punctual. I received a phone call about 10 minutes before arrival and it was accurate.

Excellent contractor. Did a superb job cleaning cement shake roof tiles that were heavily mildewed. Roof and gutters clogged with plant refuse and heavily mildewed. Owner and helper spent 5 hours at my property and did a stellar job. He used a soap and bleach solution to clean roof. Put garbage bags over each downspout to prevent chemicals from damaging our astroturf lawn. Price was very reasonable and work was top notch.

My house and fence needed a good cleaning. I called Bosley's and they were very professional on the phone. The price they quoted was extremely reasonable for what needed to be cleaned. Prior to arriving, I received a call letting me know they were about 20 minutes away. They seemed to take their time and do a really meticulous job. Afterwards, I received another call where the gentleman took about 8-10 minutes of his day to explain what exactly was done and also things I can do to prevent buildup in the future.

Excellent job, Mr. Bosley clean every area that he came in contact with while working. We were extremely pleased and would use him again and highly recommend him to our neighbors!
