Description of Work: They came out the first day and fixed the problem, however the next day the air condition stopped working again. The previous tech that came out made a mistake and the company came out again and admitted it was their mistake and replaced the part and gave us a discount to replace the whole unit. Very professional!

Description of Work: Airprompt replaced my heat pump in 2004. John was very knowledgable and gave suggestions about my return air. Airprompt did a great job and I have not had any problems except a fan capacitor that Airprompt replaced about 2011.

+ -1 moreANNUAL CHECK UP. I HAVE USED HIM FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS. HE TOLD ME ABOUT A COIL ON MY UNIT THAT HAD BEEN RECALLED. THEN HE ORDERED THEM FOR ME AND INSTALLED THEM. HE WORKS WITH YOU AND IS VERY ACCOMMODATING. HE CALLS IF HE'S RUNNING LATE.
