It went well! It was an all day job because not only were the A/C and Air Handler Replaced but our ductwork had to be removed from our entire attic and then replaced with all new throughout our home. Our A/C works great and we are very happy with our decision to have this done to our home.

Excellent. On time, cleaned up after themselves.
Description of Work: I bought a house that was vacant for three years. Needless to say we needed our air conditioner, heat pump checked out as well as a few ceiling duct needed replacing. They came over and checked and cleaned the heat pump and the air conditioner serviced both and replaced/added what was needed. Cost of service was $550.00

They check all the levels for all of the units and fix any issues. They've been working with me about 9 years, and they've become my go-to company. I would recommend them.
Description of Work: They do maintenance for the A/C and heating units for all of my properties. They do a clean-and-check for me twice a year.

They recharged the system for the weekend.
Description of Work: Our son had problems with his a/c, and called Airprompt. They arrived on time, checked out the system, and told him he needed an evaporater coil. Although they could replace the coil(1100$), they said the a/c unit was older than we thought, and wouldn't last that long. The owner gave an estimate on a new system, and recharged the old one for the weekend. After comparing prices for the units, we went with another company who gave us a much better price for a better unit.

First, I have used Air Prompt for a couple of years. All of that was provided at no charge under the 1st year warranty. They were recommended to me by a friend, and I have recommended them. They have always been prompt, professional, and friendly.
Description of Work: They have been out several times maintaining the larger A/C unit. This time, the system could not be repaired and they replaced the unit with a Bryant Heat/Pump System. They also did a whole house air filtration system and installed an ultra-violet light fixture. On November 5, 2013 they also promptly responded to a service call because the "reset filter reminder" had come on early. The service man reset the reminder and while here did a check of the system.

All went well. Very pleased with them. Signed up for twice yearly ac maintenance contract.
Description of Work: Spent a lot of time inspecting leak under air handler pan. Installed automatic shut off switch. Installed elbow drain on same which we haven't had to use. Recommended different filters.

The man arrived and hooks up a shop-vac to the drain. He ran the vacuum and states that should do it! He didn't even check to see how much Freon was in the unit!! I also asked if he was going to go into the attic to check on the drain pan and he refused. He was in way to much of a rush and I think he should have at least looked over the unit.

EACH AND EVERY TIME WE CALLED WE WERE ALWAYS GIVEN A DATE FOR SERVICE, WHICH WAS PROMPT. TECH KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND WERE VERY PLEASANT.
