Adam & his crew did an excellent job at my home renovating my back porch! My drywall ceiling seams were separating & they repaired it beautifully! I needed it textured, painted & a security door/gate installed & they went above & beyond my expectations! I am so happy! I highly recommend Adam & his crew & will hire them in the future! ?

I had a pipe burst in my bathroom causing major damage. During less than ideal circumstances, Adam & Shay made the process extremely pleasurable and the work was better than I could have imagined. They made the process so easy and it was completed in a time frame that exceeded my expectations. I am very proud of my new bathroom and couldn’t have pictured it any better! Excellent, from the start very professional. They showed up when they said they would, an amazing paint job and they cleaned up after themselves. I know that should be a given , but we all have probably experienced otherwise. Adam has worked on some of my rentals in the past and now my home, would not call anybody else to paint for me.

I was not going to post a review until I learned that Adams wife defamed my husband's business and company. The services rendered and contracted were through myself and my company and has nothing to do with my husband's work and business. Included are the pictures of the owner's wife defamation. This company tried to take advantage of me and charged me $4000 over what we originally agreed to with no extra services asked or requested or approved. When I received the first invoice I agreed to hire them but was still cautious of them because they did not add the cabinet install to the invoice. When I asked Adam he emailed me back stating the cabinet install would not be more than $200 (Email pictured of him stating that). As you can see from the final invoice, they tried to charge me $800 for the cabinet install (picture 2nd invoice). Moving along the invoice you will also notice a $2277 charge for "Receipts for materials bought by PPP for client." No receipts or itemized materials were listed. I requested the receipts and for that total to be itemized. As you can see from the receipts, they tried to charge me for things like: Drywall Materials, Doors for Framing, Nails, Screws, Buckets, Trash Bags, Studs, Tape Measure, etc. These supplies were all supposed to be included in the services (see Original Invoice) or are tools that are used by the contractor to perform his job and not the clients responsibility. The things I did find on the receipts that I DID add to my invoice and pay for are the plumbing materials, sink, counters, hardware for cabinets. I totaled those up and added just under $1000 to my invoice to cover those things. In addition, even though I showed Adam the original email stating the cabinets would only be $200, I met them in the middle and paid them an additional $400. I also paid another $600 to them because they stated they painted 6 extra walls, however, there are only 2 extra walls in the building and they are very small, but at that point, I was done arguing and upset because they tried to take advantage of me. There is still work undone that I will have to pay for (sink not installed, plumbing not hooked up or done and counter not installed). And they have me out by $2000 just to move on from them. And I will be filing a case against his wife for defamation and threating to defame my business.

These wonderful painters did a beautiful job. They were courteous very accommodating and always arrived on-time. These very-professionals team of 3 worked together perfectly. The work was done better than expected. They moved all my furniture repaced them back and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't have askd for better results! Picture Perfect is NOT so perfect!!! LACK of COMMUNICATION!!! 1. Adam provided us with a written estimate via email. We set up a date for the job to begin. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, we spoke with Adam letting him know that our closing date changed. Adam explained that since we had to change the date, they both had scheduled another job that would conflict with our new closing date (start of job). Adam explained that he was unsure as to if they started the demo, as to when they were able to come back to finish the job. We asked both Adam & his wife for Shay's number; which was NOT given to us. It was explained to Adam that the contractors doing the floors would be prepping for 10 days. On day 11, the floors get poured & NO ONE can come in to work after that, as the floors take 30 days to fully cure. As we were not exactly sure of the date they could come back to finish the job, we requested Adam to call the flooring contractor for clarification. Adam stated he would call him (that was a week ago) and call us back. We never heard back from Adam after leaving over half-a-dozen messages. 4. We were under the assumption as to NO returned phone calls & prior communication, that they were NOT going to be able to do the job. Due to the time crunch and lack of response by them we were left no choice other than to look on Angie’s List for another contractor. During this time, we STILL continued to try to reach Adam with NO response. 5. Today, we received an unpleasant call from Shay (on Adam’s phone). He stated that it was disrespectful to look for another contractor without contacting them first. We had been calling & calling with NO response! What were we supposed to do? 6. We understand that contractor's can’t keep their calendar schedule open & have to work & earn a living; but, it is very UNPROFESSIONAL for either of them to NOT call us! Also, why is it that we were NOT entitled to Shay’s number? We asked for it on three separate occasions. After all was said & NOT done, we were able to find 4 other highly qualified & reputable contractors that were $2,000 LESS than Picture Perfect!

It went EXCELLENT, Adam and his crew are second to none, always on time very courteous and knowledgeable , made sure that all our concerns were attended to Outstanding job alot of people were driving by my house and slowing down to admire the work, If you need some painting work done don't even hesitate Picture Perfect Painting is the only call you need to make....Miles Jacob Marley

This company is very professional. The owner was on the job with his crew until complete. I made some minor changes and they handled it in stride. I am having other work don’t that prevented me from getting everything painted. I will definitely be calling Adams company to paint the remaining areas once I’m ready. I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

Adam and his team gave us quote that we found to be very reasonable, and they were able to get started almost immediately, which we jumped on because we had a bunch of things we needed to get done in this house. They did an absolutely amazing job!! Very thorough in their prep - it reminded me of when a car gets painted because they taped and papered everything that wasn't getting paint, and then got the entire inside of this house painted quickly. They had to put extra coats on a couple of the rooms, and we are thrilled with what a GREAT job they did. I don't give this type of review often, but I would hire them again and again.

Did a great job!

Prior to the heavy spring rains , we received an estimate in April to paint the exterior of the house. The process was seamless and executed to perfection. The owner Adam is professional , courteous and prompt . Adam and his crew paid attention to the details - plus, No money down until you are 100% satisfied ! We would definitely rehire again !
