Bad product poor service
Description of Work: They came and removed ALL my window screens to make new screens that would fit tight in the windows. They installed the new screens and they did not fit the windows. There are big gaps around most of the windows. After several calls for them to come back and a lot of promises to return I am still stuck with screens that do not fit the windows and unable to open my windows for fear of critters getting into my home. Bad product poor service.

The windows fit perfectly in home after we installed new window screens, so good that Mr. [remove member name] paid the crew that was there and called in to express his happiness with job. Months after job was completed successfully [remove member name] called office for service issues. Some windows appeared to be bent from taking out improperly or some kind of invasion or vandalism. I told [remove member name] the issue and he said it was like that when we installed, but [remove member name] walked the property with installers and looked at each screen before releasing payment. Millers Screen offered to re-do the windows at a discounted price because he was a past client, but Mr. [remove member name] wanted them to be done free.
