Chuck's Ducts

Had them come out to clean my Dryer duct. On time, very nice and friendly ( even to my loud dogs :) ) . had it blown out, cleaned up, tested in 30 minutes. Left everything perfectly clean and dryer running great again! Very highly recommend!

he came on time, he had a buddy with him. he was named jeremiah and he was very professional. excellent job all around. straight a. jeremiah went to the roof and he checked that the dryer vents are working all the way to the roof. he did it with a leaf blower. the young guy check it to see it was sending out full air. i want to recommend them highly and they gave a discount. and I haven't had them here before and I own the place since 1980 and I already see the difference.

We needed our dryer vent cleaned. I emailed and within a day I had a response. After a telephone call, an appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Jeremiah was prompt and extremely courteous. He explained completely every step of the process and kept us informed of the results. After finishing inside he checked the dryer duct outside and cleaned it out as it was completely clogged. Hiring Chuck's Ducts to clean our dryer vent has saved us from needing to replace the dryer, saving us almost $2000.00! We plan to have the ductwork cleaned asap and will definitely call Chuck's Ducts to perform that service for us.

Work done quickly and timely.

The crew called and arrived even earlier than originally scheduled. Very friendly and continually asked if they were disturbing me as I worked on computer and phone. They carefully performed all of the tasks as described, with minimal noise or disruption. After completing the cleaning, they carefully reinstalled any items that had been removed and left the area cleaner than when they arrived !! Once that was done, they instructed me to leave for 45 minutes so they could do the fogging and give it time to settle and dissipate. When I returned, everything smelled refreshingly clean.

My condo is a one bedroom unit. They completed the job in 2.5 hours. Definitely money well spent. I will recommend them  to all my friends or anyone who asks.

Chuck was very knowledgeable about the problem vent duct went thru attic out to roof, years ago they put a screen on the vent, he had to go up and remove screen from vent cover as it is not up to code per today's standards and is a fire hazard. He said vent louver was working just fine and showed me the screen it was completely covered with lint was one inch thick and like cement. My dryer works great now and my house is safer.

I called the provider for a dryer vent cleaning. After making 5 calls and leaving 2 messages over the course of 5 days, and no response or call-backs, I gave up and called another provider. I was really shocked, as this company has rave reviews on Angie's List. Maybe they had a family emergency or their message system broke down. I don't know. But I was very disappointed by their lack of response.

When I first called their office, I spoke to Kala, Chuck's daughter.  She was very polite and helpful and definitely made a good first impression with me--she's definitely an asset to their business.  Chuck, Dave and Rich arrived 15 minutes early on the designated day, introduced themselves, and got right to work cleaning the air ducts and dryer vent in my home.  They were all very courteous, polite and efficient.  I like to ask questions about what is going on in my home, and the guys never hesitated to tell me what they were doing.  When I told Chuck there was a bit of lint hanging from my dryer vent in the attic, he went up there, cleaned it all up and taped around where the vent meets the roof, at no extra charge.  The guys were very diligent about cleaning up, and even cleaned my A/C filter.  I didn't have to do a thing after they left; they left the house spotless.  I was very impressed.  With three people they were at my home for only 3 hours, and the house was smelling pretty nice when they left.  I found them on Angie's List, and my A/C guy recommended them.  I was extremely pleased with their services and price.  The final bill was exactly the amount quoted over the phone, and Chuck honored the 10% discounts offered on Angie's List.  I would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

We were remodeling the house and already had removed and cleaned all of the air vent registers. We could see that the ducts needed cleaning so when we noticed that Chuck was performing a service at a neighbor's house, we asked if he would give us an estimate. He agreed to clean our system the very same day for $300. He also installed a quality filter for an additional $30.  The service was very effective at removing the dust and debris in our air system. He applied cleaning solution into our air duct system in order to deodorize it. This gave our system a fresh clean smell. This service helped to remove built up from years of contamination.
