Ron gave me a fair price for the purchase and installation of the new heater. He was very accessible for telephone contact to answer any questions I had. The heat pump type water heater is relatively new technology, and he made sure that I had the newest version of this heater. He arrived at the scheduled time and he and his assistant, Joe, did an excellent job of a rather complicated installation. Unit works fine at this point. I will definitely call this company again with any other plumbing issues I might have in the future.

It was great. The price was an A because Angie's List took care of it. We use Angie's List because they are able to get things done at a reasonable price. We can lock the price in and not worry about somebody trying to jerk us up. They could have had better punctuality and a little more professionalism. I would use the service again only through Angie's List.

Ron quickly responded to our call for plumbing services. He first visited our home to assess what needed to be done. He was then back out to our house the very next day, exactly at the time he said he would arrive. He had an assistant with him. Ron is extremely knowledgeable and professional; he took time to answer our questions throughout the job. We asked him to look at some other plumbing issues; he evaluated these and gave us some guidance on how we might want to address these future needs. Ron has now earned our future business. We can comfortably say that "we now have a plumber". We would call Ron for any plumbing need and feel confident that he will be honest and straightforward with his service.

I was told to expect the plumber around 9 a.m. It was almost 10 when the plumber arrived. Everything needing to be done seemed to go fine, though it is difficult to believe that two shut-off valves and the installed access panel cost $114. The plumber was here for an hour and replaced the two shut-off valves after cutting a hole in the wall for another access panel. It was a straight forward job that did not have any issues.

I spoke with Ron about servicing my bank owned properties, 30-40 at any given time. He stated his turn-around time is one week and was "very busy." Being very busy is great, but that doesn't help me with my plumbing service request. He also pushed the fact that he is COD insinuating I wasn't going to pay him for some reason; I have no previous experience with him and invoicing is a standard business practice. He missed out on an opportunity that I brought to him in a very humble, respectful manner. My AC company and locksmith have both been paid over $10,000.00 by my company in 2015 so far. I'm glad you are very busy, but don't ask for my business when you are slow.

Everything went extremely smoothly. After speaking to Ron on the phone, I already could tell that he had an eye for details that were missed by other plumbers we had talked to. It was reassuring to work with someone who had dealt with complex jobs in the past - most of the other folks we spoke with looked like this was a job they didn't even want to dare touch. Ron arrived on time and got to work. They removed our old toilet (which was in the way), they drained and removed the old hot water heater - which was a marathon effort. They hoisted back up the new one, installed it, repaired and re-affixed the trim around the access door, re-installed the new toilet we had bought and cleaned up very thoroughly. We will definitely be working with Ron for our future plumbing needs and I would highly recommend him!

I learned my lesson, I used a Handyman off of Craig's List to fix a shower whose fixtures were not working properly. He made the problem worse. So I called Certified late on Labor day and he came out before 9am and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Saved me a whole lot of time and expense. Ron was great and I will certainly be using Certified in the future. I'm done with Craig's List handymen who say they can do plumbing. Something like this, I will stick with the pros.

The most prompt service I have ever, ever, experienced! Timeline: initial contact on Angies List messaging at about 11:40, phone call at about 12:00, arrival at about 1:00, finished/paid/on his way at 2:30. Quick, professional, informative, personable, exceptional work, and fair prices. Can't go wrong choosing Ron and CPS for your plumbing needs! I can't say enough great things. We were greeted with a $280 water bill this morning, and Ron certainly made this scenario a positive and smooth one!

I called Ron after he had done an such and excellent job of replacing my hot water heater back in February ($765). Ron removed the existing kitchen sink faucet plus an old, broken hot water heater under the sink. He installed a new Kohler faucet I bought at Lowe's, and made it look so easy I almost thought I could have done it myself. Almost. Ron left a clean workplace and a satisfied customer.

The most pertinent thing I can say, given my experience with other craftsmen in this area, is 'He showed up", but he also did the work I needed done and did it well. Ron is the best thing around since fried bologna.

Repaired as best as possible. Would have had to remove entire shower unit to do a more thorough job, which would have been much more expensive..
