They came, we discussed what I wanted done with the tree. They began the work and was done in less than 2 hours, including clean up. The tree looks a lot better now. The whole front yard looks better. The sun can now shine on all the plants. Would definitely use again if the need came up.

Sam explained in detail what needed to be done and why. It was raining when he arrived but he waited and had his crew start the work when it was OK. He oversaw everything and even trimmed 2 trees that were not part of the estimate for free. All the debris was removed and the yard looked great.

Just wanted to commend Aardvark Tree Service for outstanding work. This week it was determined that I had a broken water pipe between my house and the city water meter. I was losing about 500 gallons a day. The plumber found that the pipe was broken by the massive roots of a large oak tree in my yard. He said that the tree had to go before repairs could be done. Before the plumber left, I called Aardvark and explained the situation. Sam and his crew came within hours and took down the tree, hauled away the refuse and cleaned not only my driveway of debris but my neighbor’s driveway too. All for a very fair price. Mike followed up with stump grinding and the area was ready for the plumber by day’s end.

I had at least a full day maybe 2 worth of work, but they showed up with a whole team of guys and some awesome equipment. Everyone had a specific job and they worked like bees for 3-4 hours and had it knocked out and looks so good. I’ve had 2 other tree companies do work here in the past, but Aardvark is so much better and efficient than the others. I am exclusively using and recommending Aardvark for any future work. I’m sorry if I sound like a commercial. I don’t usually review, but that’s how pleased my wife and I are with how they shaped and removed our trees.

Ron came over and quoted out the jungle of a backyard and massive Front shrub we had. Do to hardship during Covid Ron was able to meet me more then halfway on the original quoted job. The guys came knock the job out really quick did a fantastic job cleaning up. appreciate you guys for all your hard work. Will be calling back for tree stump grinding.

After what I thought was going to be a great company looking at the reviews, it turned into a nightmare. I had an oak tree and palm tree removed and another oak trimmed and pruned. They oak tree removal dented my rain gutter and put many huge holes in my lawn. The biggest problem is that their equipment dumped a large amount of hydraulic fluid/oil that they promised to clean up and have not. I have since received no response and assume I have been blocked. Very poor customer service and communication. They were not my cheapest estimate and kept telling me that I was getting a good deal which made me feel bad. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible. Broke the sidewalk with their machine. Broke 3 sprinkler heads. Tore up the grass. Bent the cable pedestal and caved in the water meter cover. No response from salesman and owner. Also they don't have liability insurance, only workers comp insurance.

The crew of six showed up first thing in the morning on the day promised. The supervisor/ arborist pointed out all of the trees that needed removing to his climber and lift operator. Everyone then started with their respective jobs and by about 4:45 pm everything was trimmed/cut down and cleaned up. The debris removal truck finished loading the last of the branches, raked up the small stuff and departed at about 5:15 pm. These guys busted their butts in hot, humid weather and finished it all in one day. Very pleased with the results.

I called on June 19 to get a quote to have trees trimmed around my elderly mothers house. I spoke with the owner who said he would call and be out on either June 20 or 21. He never called or came out and finally we had to hire someone else to do the work. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

We are extremely happy with the service we received from Aardvark. Everything went great from start to finish. Jon (the owner) was very helpful and knowledgeable about what needed to be cut and how to properly cut our trees. All of Jon's workers were very professional. They did an excellent job and cleaned up beautifully when they finished. Pricing was very fair, the estimate was very detailed for us and the work was great. We here at Club View Villas Condo Association, Ormond Beach would definitely recommend Aardvark!
