It went very poorly. Promises not kept. Denial of new damage. One and one-half years after the original entire house treatment for termites I am still finding live termites in my home, six places of new damage.

The service performed was as expected and in a timely manner.

We have used Truely for the past 11 years and this past year the service has gone down hill. I have called repeatedly about tiny ants and tiny beetle bugs. They either miss the appointment window or don't call back. When they did come the did nothing and gave me incorrect advice about the bug. I was left on my own to correct the problem. Which cost me an additional $200.00. Time for a new service.

Very well. They came and talked about the type of ants they were and how they would approach exterminating them. The offered a yearly plan which I signed up for. They come monthly now or when I call. I liked them. They were on time, efficient and professional. I have 2 small dogs and they were careful about the chemicals they used. The first visit included spraying all my plumbing.

Very well. We have had them for several years and plan to continue. The gentleman that did this inspection, Karl, was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. We asked questions regarding other issues and he willingly shared his expertise.

We've used them for many years. The service is excellent.

They asked if I had any problems and then they address those problems. Like, we had ghost ants and they addressed that. Sometimes we have palmetto bugs or roaches and they address that. We are very satisfied with their service. I have been using them for 20 years.

They do not return phone calls or give updates to their inspections. A follow up appointment was scheduled without contacting me first for availability. The tech and inspector were both timely for their appoinments but it seems that since they have my money we no longer are importnat enough to be in touch with.

From estimate to monthly treatment it has been good. Staff explained everything well to us as we are new to FL and the pest challenges. Selected a yearly service and the staff is always helpful and knowledgagble so far on the initial treatment in and out and the several months checkups.

We chose not to go with Truly Nolen because he required an annual contract that would be paid one quarter IN ADVANCE for monthly or bimonthly treatments. He was the only company that required payment in advance. I didn't want to have to commit to an annual contract and I didn't want to have to pay a quarter in advance. We ended up with SunCoast Pest Control because of all the brand name companies that we got estimates from, they were the only one that didn't insist on an annual contract and routine treatments. We wanted to see the effectiveness of the treatment and decide for ourselves if repeat treatments were required and how often. SunCoast let us get only one treatment in January. As of mid March, that treatment has been effective and we have not had more ants yet. It took about 3-4 weeks for the ants to stop coming in, which is what we were advised by all companies. SunCoast was $185 for the first treatment and $75 per quarter if I wanted to sign up for quarterly treatments. The Truly Nolan was a bit lower for the first visit, but the annual cost overall for Truly Nolen and the other brands would have been higher over the 1 year contract. If I knew I needed an annual contract I would probably go with Truly Nolen, since he seemed more knowledgeable than the guy that came from SunCoast.

Excellent service. Honest and does not overcharge. If the work isn't needed he will tell you. We live a state away and he can be trusted from a distance to take care of our rental in P**** Gorda.
