They were excellent, A+ for sure. It was a little bit on the higher end but it was definitely worth it. For sure, I will use them again. There were some favors that didn't get set quite right and I called them. The next day they were there and they reset them the way I wanted them.

Superior Pools did a wonderful job remodeling our pool. The work is quality in every way. We were very happy with the final result. All the people that did the work were great to work with.

Awesome! No false promises! Professional, organized and quality job. Completely on top of the sub contractors required in a project like this. Communication was amazing every step of the way! We see other pool companies work in our community and it's not even close! Our job site was neat, safe and picked up daily. Damage to our yard was minimal and on schedule!

We worked with the Fort Myers division of Superior Pools and I have to say this company is top notch! I sent my original request for quote to 4 companies and Superior was the first to respond (some didn't even respond). After I called them, the very next day, without a deposit or a commitment to buying from them, Michael sent me a 3D colour computer drawing of a proposed pool that fell within the budget we provided. Well...that was it for me. Any company that can provide that kind of service right off the bat tells me that they are the one's to deal with....and my instincts were correct. The contract was professional and they took the time to explain everything and anything that could affect the build and the price, so that there would be NO surprises. We tweaked the pool design a couple times to get the exact pool we wanted within the budget we had, and Michael whipped off the changes each time without any issues and provided a 3D model for each change so we can actually see what they would look like. They were extremely helpful when it came time to choose the finishes for the pool and the patio, and we're thrilled with the end result. We're in a new construction area, and already we've had 2 new neighbours rave over the pool and they too have hired Superior Pools. Our other neighbour who was in before us used a different company and he had A LOT of issues with the company he hired, and he wishes he had used Superior Pools (who did quote on his pool but he went with somebody else who was only marginally less expensive...and he regrets it.....you get what you pay for!!). Now...it didn't stop there. After the build/install, Superior sent Logan to look after the pool for around 7 weeks. Logan is top notch too. Our pool was spotless and the water is so healthy/perfect, and he takes pride in keeping it that way. Everyone in the Fort Myers office is so friendly and so professional. I was scared of this entire process and it went so smooth and we're so happy we chose Superior Pools as our contractor. If you're building a pool in the Fort Myers area, you have to use Superior Pools.

Went well. Superior Pool is a great company. From the salesperson to the operation personal they are number one in my book. Very responsive to inquiries. Will take immediate action if something needs fixed. Our pool was completed in 30 days from start up to finish. Ben Cook was our sales guy. He helped design the pool and would follow up with us to see if anything was needed. Josh and Patrick were the go to guys if any issues cane up. They took very good care if us. We know that they will take good care of us. They are definitely an asset to the company.

We used them first and we were not really happy at all and so, we changed to another company. They left something on while we were on vacation and our pool was pretty much empty. When our neighbor called us and we called them, they said they would come out to fix it and they didn't. We had to come home early to pretty much a quarter full pool. Their price wasn't bad but nothing else was great.

We couldn't be more pleased with our new pool! Superior Pools of Southwest Florida has the new pool construction business down to a fine science! Twenty-six days from start to finish, we were swimming in our pool. It was amazing to watch and chat with the construction crews, particularly the paver, coping, and cage crews, who appeared to really love their work! There was minimal disruption to our existing yard and the additional living space, added to our home, is gorgeous! This company truly is Superior!

When I had my pool built, I met with everyone. None of the other companies could come close to the design, quality, reputation, and a big one for me, they guaranteed me I would be swimming in 40 days. Months later they still check in with me, to make sure everything is still going well. Their name is Superior because....well they are!!!!

P.S. I was swimming in 21 days.

Superior said we would have our pool done in less than a month. Hole dug, pool built, tile and deck pavers, heater and cage- done! In the water in one month. Work and communication were outstanding and professional. I would strongly recommend a visit to Superior pools.

I was excited to get a quick email from Ben. I left two voice mails for him and an email with my contact info and didn't hear anything back after a week. I sent the owner an email too but didn't get a response from him either. Two weeks later I got a canned email. Terrible.

Everything went great. It all went exactly as scheduled and even ended up a finishing a week before we expected. The Brandt Family and all sub-contractor's gave impeccable service. Kind, friendly, helpful, and the finished product is absolutely beautiful; even better than we imagined with the top quality products. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a new pool.

I wish every business ran this way. I have never seen such great organization, communication, speed, and most of all quality work from any company before! They built my pool in about 2 weeks from breaking ground to filling it with water. They handled the permitting process easily. Everyone I spoke with at Superior was great, the attention to detail was fantastic and I would HIGHLY recommend Superior pool to anyone. Don't even consider using anyone else! I paid a little extra for a top end pool finish and high end equipment and it was well worth it.
