Superior Pools has over 5000 pools constructed from Bradenton to Naples. We provide our customers with excellent design, execution and service from beginning to end. Cutting corners are not accepted at Superior Pools that is why we employee 90% in-house employees. We do not just sell Pools We Teach Pools. Our staff members are experienced professionals who live and breathe pools. It is our mission to consistently evaluate and improve our processes and products. Description of Work: THEY BUILT A POOL WITH A GROTTO WATERFALLS AND VERY EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND VERY GOOD CRAFTMANSHIP. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH ALL THE WORK THEY DID.

Description of Work: Superior designed and built our inground pool. They said they would begin a certain day and they did; they said that the pool wood be complete in 33 days from the start and it was. They performed all of the word from excavation to training us in how to care for the pool. Everything that was told to us in the sales process was delivered. Description of Work: I called to have them come out for an estimate and the man on the phone, Robin told me to call back when I have financing. I wasn't sure how much I am financing unless they come out and see what kind of pool I wanted and my property. Very turned off by their lack of professionalism.

Usually how building a pool starts is with giving you information about our company and our products. After this the next step is a site survey to see how much room you have to build the pool and what setbacks you have with your county. Then the homeowner comes in and we draw your pool on the computer and give you a quote. Every pool is custom built so giving you a price without a survey can not accurately be done. Building a pool has over 20 steps, its not like buying a car. I talked to robin and he explained this to you. I think its unfair to give us a F because you wanted something that we do not do.
