Really good. I have used them for a year. They did a pool resurface on the pool. They were professional and on budget. Their responsiveness is excellent.

I called to have someone from Superior pools come to my home and give me a quote. I am the owner of the home and I am a woman. Even though I made it clear that I was paying for the pool, he continued to speak to my male friend. When the salesman came out he spent more time talking to my male friend than he did me, even though I would be purchasing the service. The first quote I received was too high and we went into his office to speak to him about it. He gave me some suggestions to get the cost down to what I could afford without changing pool size and with new measurements for the elite roof I wanted. When I got the new quote, the pool size had changed and so had the dimensions of my elite roof. I was frustrated because he had not done what he said he was going to do and I felt that be was filling me full of you know what.

IT ONLY TOOK THEM LESS THAN TOO MONTHS FROM START TO FINISH. THEY WE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID EVERYTHING LIKE WE WANTED AND THEY POOL IS BEAUTIFUL.

They were on time and on budget. There were only minor problems and those were dealt with promptly. If I had to install another pool, I'd use them again.

This is not the place to call unless you are installing a new pool. I called to get an estimate for a renovation on my pool. it was not a huge job, pavers and refinish the interior, new tile and cage. The receptionist told me she'd get back to me with an appointment time for my estimate. When she called back 2 days later, she said they were too busy with new construction to do remodels. I appreciate the fact that they were up front about not being able to do the job at this time.

The installation went fine. The sales person was very rude, inconsiderate, and did not know what he was doing. He made multiple errors. The owner of the company saw the design and noticed a lot of mistakes and the design was not up to code and had them redo it. I asked for a handicap railing to be put in, which they did, but the stairs are very steep and hard for me to get up and down. I guess I would have thought they would have made the stairs more accessible for me without actually having to ask. They did have to come out to fix a piece of metal on the stairs which did not have enough concrete laid on top of it.

Dee one of the owners is delight to work with and allows you to take your time with each decisions. Mike the other owner is there every day that a crew is at your house to make sure the work is done properly. Absolutely no complaints. They are a family business and are very particular that every contractor use does the best quality work.

We didn't go with them. Their price was comparable to the other bids. We were not happy because the other bidder came to the house and made suggestions. I had to go to their offices and we sat at their computer. It took them several days to send us the bid and then he never followed up.

They had good ideas, but they cost more than others.

We shopped around with several pool companies and choose Superior (Fort Myers Office). The worked well with coordinating with our landscaper and keeping us up to date with what was going on. They even installed my wife's pool lift that we already owned so she could enjoy the pool too.

We haven't decided to get the pool yet, but this will be the installation contractor we will use. Very Professional. Very Knowledg able.

The end result looks superb. An astonishing difference with a level of fit and finish that is quite impressive. Afterwards, the workers did a fine job in cleaning up the left over supplies. I sincerely recommend Superior Pools. I can't imagine a higher quality job being possible.

We used the Fort Myers office -- everyone we dealt with was great. They kept us informed along the way and the staff and contractors were excellent. We love our pool, patio and enclosure.

After seeing several neighbors get pools installed by Superior, we asked them about their experience. All were very positive. One individual actually insisted this company was the only one to deal with as he had done extensive homework on other companies. We called in mid Dec. for an estimate which was presented within days by Robin who had personally visited our home and had listened to our requests. Typically he will take potential customers out to other pool sites, but we already had many in our neighborhood we were able to view. Robin demonstrated total professionalism and knowledge in all aspects of pool equipment and installation. What particularly impressed us was the top-notch quality of the equipment that Superior provides. Could we have gotten a cheaper estimate, maybe, but it would've been with far less efficient, less economical, and no guarantees equipment. Superior also gives a life-time guarantee on the pool shell. We did have a few questions/revisions that were answered immediately, and then we determined to proceed. Digging commenced second week of Jan. and pool completion before end of Feb. Staff was very friendly and completely diligent to all details. The pool exceeded all of our expectations!! We also have engaged them for pool service which has worked out wonderfully. For most, a pool is an investment as well as an aesthetic impact to their backyard. (Also fun to use!) We wanted all of this, as well as being non-maintenance as we unfortunately are only here 6 months. So for us Superior Pools has more than delivered, and we would highly recommend them.

I could not have been more happy with the service that I received from start to finished with Mike and Dee.

Over all everything went very smooth. Several small issues came up, post installation. These issues were handled very quickly and without debate. I had a large portion of my yard resodded after the pool was installed. The sod contractor was recommended by Superior and did an excelent job as well. Note: I am not one that usuaully recommends or reffers contractors or vendors to anyone. My rule is not to reccomend someone and then I won't be a dissapoianted. Superior Pools is the one exception to that rule. I have talked to people that had serious issues with their recently installed pools. Defects were found like Bottom drain leaks and the installation pool Co. could not fix the problem with out destroying the pool. Superior was able to fix the leak without a major issue with the pool. I have hurd horror stories regarding local pool installations and the post service work disasters. Thats why I chose and also highly reccomend Superior pools.

We were not going to be in town during the construction of our pool, but we were assured that all would go as planned and on schedule. It did. We were sent periodic pictures to see our pool as it took shape. We were very pleased with the quality of the construction and appreciated the timely completion (6 weeks). Superior pools has been most helpful with our follow-up questions.

Went well over all. Looks beautiful! No problems with the pool. The antenna on the remote for the pool light was broke but it does at least work. The men who layed the tiles were very hard workers and very clean and respectful. The biggest problem was with the guy doing the digging. If I were to offer a lessons learned it would be to have the guy on the bobcat shut off his engine to talk on the phone.

Their price was a bit too high, but they were very professional. I had no problems in dealing with them.

It went very well. I give them all As. I would use them again in the future.

We got several bids for the install of our pool, spa, and deck. Superior drew up a custom design on the computer with little effort right away. The sales person showed us a couple of pools built by them and to us they stood out from other pools as being more sophisticated and beautiful. Superior was about the same price as others and they were willing to "pull out all the stops" to meet our aggressive schedule (under 6 weeks from concept to swimming I think). Superior was very professional, they drew up a custom design for the pool and spa, worked with us on changes we wanted during the process and in the end, we had an absolutely beautiful pool that has fulfilled all our expectations and more. We took the self-cleaning floor system for a $2,000 upgrade - this is a MUST - I would never build a pool without one! We also took the commercial grade $5,000 heater for our bigger pool (36 x 15 x 6.5 feet deep). We were very happy with the low energy bills and the quick heat-up time for the spa. If you can go with a heater that is slightly bigger than what is recommended, you should do that...you will be much happier with it. Superior made a beautiful deck (half paver / half flow-crete) where nothing had been in place before (other than ant hills...). The final size of the deck was 50 feet by 40 feet...very nice size. To this day we have no cracking on the concrete deck due to the extra thick installation of the deck itself. The pavers did need to be re-set after 3 years due to poor compaction by the paver company out of Tampa that was used as a sub-contractor. The only surprise was that the pool control panel was an old model. I would have appreciated having a choice to upgrade this equipment...but we didn't know enough to ask for newer technology and we got what we got. In retro-spec, I would understand better what pool control equipment was included in the price and I would have upgraded that equipment at that time. That being said, we have had no problems with the pool equipment since we installed the pool 4 years ago. They got the pool installed in record time, before schedule, and within budget. We were swimming by Christmas that year and that was a huge success. By the way, last year my Sister-in-Law also had a pool built by Superior and she also had a very positive experience.
