Tried to renew my annual service contract and man on the phone was unwilling to renew at the price listed on the mailer they sent me. I would love to hear from the owner on why they could offer that price when they sent out the mailer for renewal and can't do it now.

Arrived on time, very professional, clearly knew what he was doing.  Technician did a through inspection of my home including in the crawl space under the home.  Would highly recommend this company.

We have moved into the North Port Area recently and were in need of a pest control service.   I found that Pest Eliminators had good reviews on Angie's List and called them.  Todd was responsive and came the next day to look at our home, its needs, and give us a quote for the year.  Inasmuch, as it seemed reasonable to us, after having pest control in our former home, we signed the contract and were surprised that they came that very afternoon to perform the service.  Mac was nothing but thorough, professional, personable, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.  Within a 24 to 48 hour period we were amazed at the difference in the ant and spider issues.  Even though, we are new to the area, but not new to home ownership, we are very pleased at this time with the service and look forward to working with the company this year.

I have a contract with this company for bug/ant control.  They come three times a year or as often as necessary.  Every worker that as come here has been very professional and personable, and I have had no additional problems with ants.  I also used them for a morre serious problem with raccoons in my attic.  This problem took several attempts, but they were pretty diligent in getting rid of them and repairing damage to the soffits.  I can't say enough positive things about Anthony, who finally was forced to climb into the cathedral portion of my attic with literaly no more than 11 inches of clearance!  There he was with a trap and a grabber and physically removed 4 baby raccoons from this area who were very young and almost dying (since the mother had already been trapped and removed) Kudos to you sir!

Responsive service. Some difficulty with returning cockroaches. Repeat treatment was done, but problem was never completely eliminated. Extra charges for rodent control, which I ended up doing myself.

We did use the Big Deal, but we did not continue with them. They came out within the first few weeks after we purchased the Big Deal. There did not charge us more than the $49.95 Big Deal. The price was average and they were punctual. They were fine. We would possibly use them again in the future, but we have a an agreement with someone else that we have used before.

The service turned out fine. I was impressed with the service and it seemed to work. They did exactly what the deal stated. I only used the company one time. The guy who came out for the service was well mannered. He offered us a 1 year contract but we were not ready for that service.

Having just moved to this area from the east coast of Florida, I had contacted several pest control companies to provide regular pest control. This was THE MOST affordable pest control we found in this area. We received a quote over the phone, and then Jeff came to the house. He was punctual, professional, polite, answered all our questions, and explained exactly what he would be doing. A couple weeks later we had a few minor issues with bugs in the house, and he came right out again to take care of it at no extra charge. I don't necessarily like paying the big lump sum all at once - would prefer to pay monthly or quarterly - but you get a price break this way, and they are so dependable, it takes the sting out. I would DEFINITELY recommend them as a dependable, affordable pest control company.

I am very pleased with their service. They are very good, very polite, and very clean. I can't think of anything negative to say about them. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

It went great they sprayed kitchen and both bathes and round doors and windows. The house is raised so they sprayed under it as well.

great experience seemed qualified and friendly service. comes back quarterly. recommend.

They did fine. We don't have ants since then.
