They were very quick to get the job done. They removed the hose outside and failed to put it back before they left. A piece of glass got broken that had to be swept up. They never asked me to check and see if everything was okay. There were a couple of stains on grout I tried to remove after they left. Overall, the floor and grout looked a lot better but thought the price could have been better for what they did.

Very nice and thorough job. Worker was pleasant, let us know he would be a few minutes late. Grout is brighter and stain removed. Only negative is floor was sticky so we had to mop it again with water.

One area of the grout was quite dirty so they spent extra time creating the right chemical composition to remove that area. Plus they removed the lower over drawer to ensure they got everywhere they could which was an indication of their thoroughness for me. I will definitely use them again.

Previous owners had waxed or polished dirt into my porcelain tile floors that I haven't been able to clean for years! All Floors Clean was able to remove the wax and dirt from the tiles and grout. They spent extra time with no extra charges. Derrick was professional and easy to work with. I totally recommend this company.
