i am not tech at all. i was concerned about getting ripped off, but i found someone i believe was trustworthy.

It was fixed to my satisfaction. He was very nice and polite

Tony has worked on my computer and camera/ security systems at least 20 years. He is promp, knows his trade and has solved any problems I've encountered and very quick to get you back up and going. He's friendly, proffesion and always works with a smile. He has great prices and always goes over and above I would recommend this friendly, honest man to anybody and I have!!

I have used this business many times and he is always on time and has done excellent work including a new hard drive and setting up a new PC. Mr. EMANUEL IS very courteous, and very quick to respond. I am very happy with his work and will continue to count on him for all my computer work.

Anthony was very prompt, courteous, and overall nice. Anthony fixed my computers or so I thought. I had asked him to stay under a certain amount the first time. As if they were on the way out I didn't want to put money into them. He did not, I was ok as I was told both were fixed and good. I did not use the one and the second or third time I went to use it. The same issues I had before arose. Called him and he came right out. Figured it would be a discounted service as it was supposed to be fixed the first time. Charged me again more than I wanted to put into this computer. He told me it would be good. I used the computer about two or three times. It had the same issues and then crashed out. It was then disassembled by me. Hard drive removed and threw out. Less than two weeks after the second repair. I put a lot more into the pc than I wanted. With two call outs and both times it wasn't fixed properly. The other one he fixed, is still having issues but limping along a but better than before. I took a while to post this as I haven't been on the list again until today

Anthony checked the laptop to find the issues, and did all the repairs. The hard-drive was malfunctioning and needed replacement. He also advised me the Windows Vista software programs on my laptop were no longer supported by Windows, which caused the additional issues I was having (updates and patches no longer available). With my permission, he purchased and installed the new, updated Windows software and did so without losing any of my saved documents, photos or music!
He continued to follow-up to be sure everything was working great, and was available to run diagnostics remotely to fix an issue. My computer is up and running like new - faster and smoother than ever! The cost is well worth it. I have no issues and all my saved data is intact.

Anthony is an extremely  knowledgeable tech  and I won't use anyone else in the future..  I tried to cut costs by signing with an online tech company offering its service for a set price.  BIG MISTAKE!!!!  They screwed up my computer and, even though I could have required that they fix it, I doubted that they could.  I went back to Anthony, whom I've known and worked with for many years, and my computer works as well as it ever has.  He takes control of  my computer and, as a result, he can work with anyone anywhere.   He is honest and extremely capable.  I highly recommended Anthony and I know anyone who works with him will not be disappointed.

Anthony was professional and prompt, and restored my father-in-law's ThinkPad T60 laptop computer after its hard drive developed a failure that prevented it from booting up.

We had recently moved about 20 miles and the computer repair store was in our old town.  Given the hours of operation we decided to look on Angie's List for anyone in our new area.  There were a couple and one was ACE Network Group which already had good reviews.  I called and spoke with Anthony (the owner) explained what I had done and said he would look at it.  He stopped by my house the next day and looked, it had to go in due to viruses and my tampering.  Called me back the next day, all was repaired and he would delivery the next day. 
Came by, reconnected everything, tested it again and all was great.  did I mention he picked it up at our house and returned it as part of his service.  Thank you Anthony

I have been using them for years. What I love about them is that Anthony is very knowledgeable, and he gets access to my computer so he can work with me from Port Charlotte even though I'm still in Tampa. This is just wonderful technology. I have had problems with viruses and spyware on my computer and he's really helped me.

We dropped our computer off.  He told us he ran diagnostic software on it.  We thought the fan was broken inside the computer tower, but he told us the memory needed to be re-seated, which he did.

Anthony picked up my computer at my home fixed it and returned it in good working order.
