"We are sorry to hear that you weren’t completely satisfied with our one-time rodent trapping service. As you know, our wildlife specialist made an initial visit out to your home in January 2016, followed by three more follow up inspections later that month. During that initial visit, a permanent rodent exclusion service with a no obligation exclusion estimate was recommended to correct the specific rodent infestation at your home. It was determined that simple trapping wasn’t going to be sufficient in your case. Our wildlife specialist also emailed you a detailed report with photos of the specific areas around your home where rodents were entering and exiting your home. As you probably know, wildlife can be tricky, but our track record shows that we’ll work hard and likely solve the problem. Since 1984, we’ve been committed to 100% customer satisfaction, and have been fortunate enough to have performed thousands of successful rodent services like this one.
