I felt bad, because I must have changed the appointment date a half dozen times. Every time, they were courteous and forgiving.
Then when I told them finally that I didn't know when exactly I wanted them to come out, they gave courtesy calls every once in a while to remind me.They didn't have to do that.

I originally spoke to them because Ryan called me with a reminder about a termite treatment deal I bought and we starting discussing rodents because there was also a deal for $99 on rodent trapping and removal and we had squirrels in the attic. When the wildlife expert came to look he said that we had builders gap all around the house and his suggestion was to do a whole house exclusion - which was 1300 - quite a bit more. We thought on it a bit - because with Christmas so close there was not a lot of extra cash- but the squirrels were getting further into the attic space. I called back to see if we could just do a removal. I spoke with Ryan and he went over the reasons why a full exclusion was really the way to go - but he really convinced me with their payment plan - spread over 3 months with no interest.
They were able to fit me in quickly ( i had travel plans and this helped a lot) and on the day of the appointment they called and kept me updated on when they would be there. the crew came out and made short work of sealing any gaps and then traps were placed in the attic. They were professional and left no mess at all behind. They have also come back to check the traps to make sure all of the squirrels were out.
So far no more noises from the attic.

Nice guy, the deal is really to get your business which is ok, but the deal was not a full service visit.  Half baked to comply.

The service went pretty well. I got what I paid for. He certainly spends a lot of time going over everything very carefully.

Very professional service. Only took about 20 minutes for the mosquito treatment and lasted well past the month for $39.

It took about 2 weeks to hear back after purchasing the service but once I was contacted the service was performed I was very happy.

The group at Inspect-All was very friendly and anxious to help, from my first phoen call to my last email. They provided outdoor pest control protection via an Angie's List Big Deal and I was very happy with that service. We had some difficulty with scheduling, but Candace was proactive -- and persistent -- in getting that resolved. I would recommend Inspect-All and will likely sign up for their recurring service once I move.

Everything went well and will use them for regular pest control service. They were quick, thorough, and offered great pricing.

We recently moved into a new home that is surrounded by a wooded area.  The house sat vacant for a while.  Therefore, some insects had moved in, in particular, cockroaches.  We were finding random cockroaches about 1-2 per week...Yuck!  We tried using bug spray purchased from Lowes and would see improvement for about 2 weeks but they always came back.  We called Inspect-All Services after getting a deal on Angie's List.  I purchased it online on a Saturday afternoon and they called me Monday morning wanting to schedule a time to come out.  I was incredibly impressed with their promptness.  They worked easily with my schedule as it was important to get them in before having family over for Thanksgiving.  The tech arrived about 1 hour late but did call twice to update me on his progress.  He was completely thorough and quick.  He sprayed inside and out, in the attic and crawlspace.  We decided because of the proximity of the wooded area that we needed regular treatments.  We signed up for the quarterly treatments for $65 a quarter.  It has been 3 weeks since they came out and definately noticing a decrease in bugs inside.   We are still finding a few here and there, but they are lady bugs and a stink bug, no cockroaches, which makes me very happy.  I don't know if the decrease is related to the weather getting colder though. The company has a policy that if bugs are still coming inside they will come out and respray as needed for free.  I will give it another week or so and if we are still finding a few stragglers, I will probably call to have them come back.  All in all, I am very pleased.

Purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for inspection and treatment.  Appointment was made, and the technician arrived within the appointment window.  They called ahead of time to let us know they were on the way.  The technician was very pleasant and professional.  He inspected all interior areas including the attic and basement, and treated all areas.  He also treated the exterior.  They also wanted to sell us a quarterly contract, but they did not pressure us to do so.  We decided not to purchase the quarterly contract.  Overall though Inspect-All did a great job, I would hire them again if I needed service.

When I bought the coupon, they called me to schedule a visit.  They were very responsive.
They came to the house for two treatments for German roach.
This was a special case that was not covered by the coupon, but they subtracted what I paid for the coupon.
The first treatment, they sprayed in many rooms inside and outside of the house.
The second treatment, they sprayed inside only.
I was pleased with the service, but we still have a problem.  The second treatment wasn't as effective.

It was easy to make the appt and they came when I needed.

They were responsive, on time, and friendly.  Furthermore, they did good work at a reasonable price.

They came when they were supposed to and did more than I expected them to do.  The whole process took about 4 hours with 2 workers.  They sealed entire house to prevent re-entry and left traps for existing rodents in attic and basement.  The have returned twice so far to check traps and remove dead rodents, and will be coming back at least one more time.  It appears that we no longer have a rodent problem.

My first interaction with this company was not very good, as you can read in a previous review. However, since this visit, I can definitely recommend them - all because of Clint Denny, the pest professional who came out on-site today. He was very professional and knowledgeable about everything I had questions about. He also took a lot of time with me to talk about the different sorts of bees I was worried about flying around in the backyard and treated for them, even though he said they were not yellow jackets and do not cause a threat. He used professional equipment and sprayed the entire house without making it smell like poison everywhere. All in all, I am very pleased with the service provided by Clint Denny today and I highly recommend him. He is professional, knowledgeable, hard-working, and he actually listens to your concerns.

Inspect-all performed exclusion services for the families (yes, families!) of squirrels that had nested in my attic. They also set traps and checked them several times to make sure the exclusions worked. They were punctual, responsive and professional. They got the work done quickly and were able to fit us in with little notice, which was very important to us because we had just had our first child and did not want the diseases that rodents bring. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I think I pretty much covered everything already but I must also add this.  The charge was $375.00.  Included in that was all that Eric did that day and the $200.00 ($50.00 per quarter) we would have had to pay for our first year of service.  To include the shed and only charge $10.00 more per quarter was awesome.  To top it off he let the $10.00 per quarter ride for our first year.  What else can I say???????  Thank you Angie's List and Inspect-All Services for your professionalism, pride in a job well done, and pricing that saved us hundreds of dollars.  You've got to be the top termite killers in all of Georgia!!!!!!!  THANKS SOOOOO MUCH!
