"Hi, We tried to provide a top notch service like we always have for the last 15 years. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. We would do our best to explain to you why your service was turned down. However, keep in mind we do not turn anyone down unless there is substantial evidence concerning an unacceptable working environment (physical or psychological). Just to clarify a point before we begin, we want to make it clear that we are a solid Better Business Bureau accredited company with 100s of positive reviews and video testimonials to prove our claims. And, some of our clients have been with us over 11 years! Now, back to the story, your husband setup this appointment and he said during the conversation that his wife would tell our cleaning consultants to leave upon arrival if they don't "look like they are qualified". In his own words, "My wife is very picky. My wife will send them back if she does not think that they are qualified after she sees them." After such statements we decided not put it on the schedule. However, after persistence from your husband, we tentatively put it on the schedule contingent upon management's approval. Your husband was informed at that time that we would tentatively put it on the schedule but we were not committing to the job until management had approve such unusual request. He was clearly advised that management would contact him if approved. Management never approved or contacted him. The day before the service your husband called our office and he was informed management had not approved such appointment. He responded with anger, threatened to write bad reviews, and hung up the phone. Although we did not err in any way, we felt the tension from him and we decided to assign one cleaning consultant (which is all we could do at that last moment). We called him five minutes after our conversation to setup the appointment and he did not answer. Under no circumstances would we commit to service any place with these unrealistic expectations from any client. We understand you may have had some bad experiences with other cleaning services in the past but that does not give you grounds to treat us as guilty without first giving us the opportunity to show you why we are Northeast Florida's best cleaning service. Additionally, in every email you received, our five-page policies information is included and clearly states that we reserve the right to refuse any job (in particular, if you have violated our rules and policies by your statements). Putting the above described pressure on our cleaning team on a Saturday is clearly a violation of our rules and policies. You should be glad we offer night and weekend service, not many companies in the region offer such convenient schedule. We are not going to wake up early on a Saturday morning ready to work, just to run the risk of "being sent home" by the client. We just don't work like that. We approach every job with 100% effort with the intention to do the work to the best of our ability, your situation was no different. By any means, we did not plan on ruining your day but try to understand where we're coming from. We are just here to provide the best service in Jacksonville period, not deal with any drama from past experiences. We have made a 100% effort to explain this situation as accurate and sincerely as possible and to the best of our ability. We hope you find a good cleaning service that can accommodate you.
