I have owned my pool for 15 years and had the same person for 10 years or more but after he retired I found a bunch of pool cleaners worried more about up charging instead of fixing what is creating the up charging , Bass pools quoted me one price and has bent over backwards to make me happy and are still giving me a spotless pool . Sure extra work costs but working to find out the problem is rare . Bass pools is a very good reliable and honest business

Was needing someone to come out and quote a price for a one time cleaning to get our pool back in proper shape after the winter. Was happy with the price and Brian did the work right then and there. Very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me with a few things that will make maintaining everything easier in the future.

Excellent service. Hired for weekly service and my pool already looks fantastic! Dave was the best to get my pool back in shape. Haven't started weekly service but so far everything is great and addressed my concerns. Would definitely recommend this company.

They were able to do the job within a couple of hours. They did a very good job, plan on hiring them on a bi- weekley basis.

Started out okay, but then went down hill, rarely got a call back when we had questions about the service, pool person stop showing up and bass pools didn?t have the decency to call us with an explanation. This is the second pool company we have tried and both were extremely disappointing.

any problems I had they always made right. they seem to have a high turn over on pool guys but always aimed to please. customer service is definitely their strong suit

I hired Bass Pool to clean my pool after 7 months of neglect. The pool was in a vile condition. Bass Pool cleaned the pool quickly and made it 'swim-ready', restoring it to a great condition. I then contracted Bass Pool to provide regular maintenance on a bi-weekly basis. They were responsive and their rates were quite reasonable. I highly recommend Bass Pool services to others.

In the beginning all was well then when the REP decided he was needelsewhere, which is completely cool, but maybe have someone that knows what he is doing and check chemical levels and knows how to clea the filter cartridge without breaking the equipment. Rep got rid of 99% of the green but never got Completely blue. Then green came back. I was quoted a price of $150.00 for the green after he came out and seen the pool also quoted $135.00 monthly for weekly visits for pool & Hot Tub last time the tub was taken care of was 3 weeks ago. We received a invoice to get rid the green for $300.00, which was not completed and doubled the quote, and damaged equipment! So if you want to live on the edge and take risks hire them.

I was very pleased wwhen i discussed terms with Bass Pool Representative. As for recommendations it is too early as they have only been here twice.
