Okay, I felt the pricing was a bit deceiving because each pane was counted as one so for every window it counted as two.

As described. During course of job water pressure dislodged 2 tiles from pool edge and they were found in the bottom of the pool. Would have appreciated the technician telling me that it happened.

They refused to service me, Said I was in the wrong area code - just outside of where they would go for St Augustine but it was listed to include me. I have not yet received a refund.

As a business owner, that doesn't make sense, that'[Member Information Removed] why I don't service your area. As far as your refund goes, you'll need to talk to Angies List, as I have already informed you. There are many pressure washing companies in St. Augustine that would love to clean your driveway. Good day."

Aaron did a fabulous job pressure washing my long driveway. I have used him for several years because he was the first person who was able to remove a black streak down the center of my driveway. For years, other providers said it was not possible to remove it. My yard looks permanently better thanks to AAron.

The service representative was personable and polite but when he was working on one of the screens, he broke the contact for the alarm system and it cost me $154 to have the alarm company come out and replace the broken contact. The service representative did not mention that the contact was hanging and the wire broken when he finished the job. We did not know until we attempted to set the alarm that night that the contact was broken.

Scheduled appointment quickly and in time period requested. Was running a bit late but kept in touch with me by phone. Surfaces looked beautiful after a fast but thorough cleaning. Will definitely call again.
