I hired Value painting because I saw the quality work they did on the house across the street. I did not get the same crew and the job was not done close to the level as the house across the street. I was told, to 1 coat of primer, 1 coat of paint sprayed on, then one coat rolled out. well, it turns out they used a paint and primer in one paint, so it was only 1 coat sprayed on. Several spots did not get trimmed out very well and you can still see the old paint. They also sprayed over all the mesh on the soffit vents, basically blocking the airflow through the vent. I have been scrapping overspray off the windows for the last week. Caulking was not done more than 80%. and now, I get a letter from a lawyer that one of the painters is suing me because he was standing in my flower garden looking up at the house, and stepped forward without looking down and twisted his knee. Very bad experience and looks like it will not end anytime soon. Thanks, Danny for giving me a great experience as promised.

To be honest we had no clue there were any issues as this project was completed over a month ago and that is the main reason that we do not collect deposits. It's to make sure the client is 100% satisfied with the work done. Regardless, you have a warranty with us and we will honor our word to make sure you are content. Regarding the incident that took place at your job site, we are currently investigating the situation and will update you as soon as we find out all the details. We are fully insured and have a 1 million dollar policy for this sort of accident. Once again we are truly sorry and we will find a way to make this right for you."

It was a pleasure dealing with Value Painting, from beginning to end. They were professional, friendly, and very time-conscious. They were meticulous and paid attention to the details. We have a two-storey home and they made it look beautiful. They even did some custom trim work that turned out beautifully. Their crew, headed by Rodrigo, did an excellent job on our house painting project. They were respectful of our property, taking care to cover our pond in the front yard. They were professional in their demeanor and communicated with us through the entire process. As a result, the house is beautiful. They were very friendly, communicative, and helpful. We are so very impressed and so are our neighbors. They were prompt, efficient, organized and did excellent work. We decided on a different color for the trim in the middle of the project. They brought over the color immediately and painted a small area for our review and approval. Customer service is excellent and extremely responsive. We highly recommend this company!! Value Painting and Flooring overall did a good job on the painting of my house. I am satisfied with the work that they did and my house looks brand new as a result of their work! Danny was very warm from the beginning and a very humble individual. He goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer is satisfied at the end of the job and to provide excellent customer service. Mario the owner was even nice enough to give me a discount due to a pricing misunderstanding which I greatly appreciated. However, I believe that they can pay a bit more attention to detail. They mistakenly got paint on some of my pool patio screens and in other areas around my property and had to come back to clean them off. I also had to point out to them a few small areas that they forgot to paint, but once I did they fixed those areas immediately. Overall, they did a good job and did what they needed to do in the end to try to make things right with me as a customer. I am now satisfied!

I didn?t like the fact that the date they initially offered to start was moved to a later day. That resulted in delays of other projects. After they were done, they cleaned up most paint left behind. But, upon close inspection I found lots of places where they failed to do a good of spot cleaning of paint in places such as the bathroom floor, tubs, some furniture, bathroom fixtures and tile walls. Overall, they did a good job. You just need to follow up and make sure they do a good spot clean in all areas.
