THEY ARE VERY UNRELIABLE. THEY DID NOT DO A SATISFACTORY JOB. THE WEEDS KEPT COMING BACK. THEY NEVER GOT THE JOB DONE. THEY WILL NOT GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK FOR THE TERRIBLE JOB THAT THEY DID.

THIS COMPANY DID NOT DO WHAT WAS EXPECTED OF THEM. THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIVE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS. I CANCELED MY CONTRACT AND THEY STILL SHOWED UP. NO SUPERVISOR CAME TO INSPECT THE SITUATION WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT.

I ACTUALLY STARTED USING THEM RECENTLY AND I'VE BEEN VERY IMPRESSED. THE FIRST TIME THEY CAME OUT THE TECHNICIAN EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS PUTTING DOWN AND WHY, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND SEEMED TO DO A VERY THOROUGH JOB ON THE LAWN.
