I received 3 estimates from 3 companies of which Surfside was one. Surfside was very responsive to my questions and gave me advice regarding types of replacements that disagreed with one other provider, whom I had used before and had been previously satisfied with the quality and durability of the other provider's work and materials. With more inquiry and online research I realized Surfside was giving me better advice and did not make any demands or get angry with my questions, unlike the provider I had used many years ago. It turned out the other provider was asking for a total amount to be paid in advance and would not provide proof of insurance or license without it. The recommendations of the other provider did not agree with current industry standards and was of poorer quality for a higher price. I am happy with the excellent work that Surfside provided at a good price, in a rapid time compared to other providers and with a much friendlier, customer oriented attitude.
