Everything went smoothly. From the estimate to the work completed, everyone was very professional and the finished job is great. I would highly recommend them for any gutter work!

First, they never contact me. After four days I contacted them, the person who answered the phone Maria was very nice and apologetic about no one having reached out to me.
However, she stated the earliest someone could come to see me was the following Tuesday another 5 day wait.
She couldn't give me a window but said that someone would call me at least 45 minutes before they arrived.
Today I received a rude phone call from the owner who was at my home.
I had received no phone call.
He said he wouldnt wait and I could just get a refund.
What a scam
This man was the most unprofessional and rudest individual I have ever dealt with. No one should use this company.
I'm surprised Angie's list allows them to run a special!

South Florida Gutters was responsive and attentive to my needs. I made an appointment for someone to come out to look at my house and he was prompt and knowledgeable on the products and services they sell. The plan for the new gutters was developed quickly and the installation was scheduled.
The workers came as scheduled and verified the work to be done before beginning. They answered my questions and were professional throughout the entire process. They made quick work of the project and cleaned up the work areas of any left-over gutter materials. After the work was completed, they invited me to walk around the house to review the work and ensure that I was satisfied with the installation. The finished product looks fantastic and the quality of work is top notch.
The billing process was no-pressure and the lady I spoke with on the phone to make my payment was very nice. She was very accommodating with me and offered a variety of ways to make the payment for the installation.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the product and service provided by South Florida Gutters and I would definitely use them again in the future.

They provided good service and were punctual.  I thought we would have a better deal value, but the end result was good.

I was having problems with my front gutter as it was spilling water to the ground instead of the gutter. I called the place that original installed them and of course they were out of business. So I went to angles list and called SF Gutters. Came on 5/5 got an estimate and had the work completed on 5/19. There were 3 men who did the work and left the work area clean. Orlando and his crew were excellent.

It was very easy to get in touch with the company. Their staff was very open about all my questions and remained calm when I had a ZILLION!!! The guys came out and gave me a fair estimate (which I checked out with other companies). They were timely and showed up when promised. The work was completed and walked me through the property and the process to make sure work was done to my satisfaction. I would DEFINITELY reccomend them to my neighbors.

THE SALESMAN FROM THE COMPANY, MIKE MADE A PRESENTATION IN CORDIAL IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER THAT EXHIBTED HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT.  THE INSTALLERS ARRIVED ON TIME AND INSTALLED THE GUTTERS PROFICIENT AND EFFICIENT MANNER WITH NO PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED.

I have used this company twice and they were on time, fast, and did a clean job. I like the fact that the gutters are guaranted to stay put up to Cat.3 hurricane. Call Mike today he is professional and honest and will give a good estimate. My wife and I are very happy with S. Fla Gutters.

I will begin by saying that my decision to call South Florida Gutters was based on their "A" rating on Angies List. I also called 3 other gutter companies. We were in need of having gutters replaced as soon as possible. The first three companies came out for the estimate within two days(we signed with one of them on Wednesday). I forgot about the appointment with South Florida Gutters (it was for Friday, when I had called them on Monday). As I was picking up my father from an EMERGENCY dialysis session, I received a call from a man saying he was with South Florida Gutters. I told him I really didn't remember the appt. and apologized. I also told him that we had already decided on a company, "thank you anyway". At that point, he became very harsh and started telling me off for not calling to cancel the appointment. I again explained that I didn't remember the appt. and said "I am sorry". He went into a tirade saying " NO, you're not sorry, you 're just saying that and thats whats wrong with this country, people don't have the decency to pick up the phone and make a call ..." I can't remember the rest of what he said, but suffice it to say that it was totally abusive and uncalled for. Perhaps he was having an awful day and he vented on me. I really want to take this opportunity to let him know that I really was sorry that I didn't remember the appt. and didn't call to cancel. I work in the health care industry and nothing is more frustrating than for a client not to call and let us know that they won't be keeping their appt. SO, I get it, I understand the frustration. HOWEVER, this situation was dealt with in a totally unprofessional manner. If I EVER have the occasion to recommend a gutter company, I'm NOT going to recommend South Florida Gutters.

We obtained South Florida Gutters through The Home Depot In Home Services. Home Depot themselves did a great job of having a person come out to talk with us (from Home Depot) and had great communication scheduling the appoints and follow up. Since South Florida Gutters in the sub-contractor, I thought I'd give them a mention in Angie's List and you can decide to go with them directly or through Home Depot. The experience was tough mostly from a scheduling and weather perspective. It had been raining quite a bit prior to our scheduled appointment so it had to be post-poned three times. Then, of course, on the day they came, it rained. Scheduled another day but South Florida Gutters also noticed an area not covered in the original scheme submitted by Home Depot. They called Home Depot and they added a pretty significant section at no charge (one of the main reasons I'm writing this report). South Florida Gutters came on-time for the second appointment but the new section wasn't relayed to the ordering department and they didn't have enough metal. Not really a problem, they did the entire house except the garage and came back another day without incident. The gutters look great and it was amazing to know the gutters are actually made right there on the spot. The roll of aluminum is feed through a machine which forms the gutter any length necessary. It's only been a week but we have had significant rain and it appears the gutters are working fine. South Florida Gutters answered all my questions completely. There is still a gutterless balcony section some people place gutters and some don't. If we decide to place gutters there after we paint the house, we will go with South Florida Gutters...

I was happy to see that these gentlemen came so quickly and did this installation effortlessly. The gutters work perfectly and I am very satisfied.

Three young men showed up early in the morning as promised and did an excellent, professional job, paying special attention to details and appearance. They were all well mannered and answered any concerns I expressed in a courteous, assuring manner. They were priced about $100 dollars more than 3 of their competitors but they were worth it.

THEY RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY WHEN WE CALLED THEM. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS REALLY GOOD. I ALSO THOUGHT THAT THE WORK WAS REALLY GOOD. THEY ALSO SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO.
