John the project manager was great to deal with. Had a couple if minor issues and john took care of them. The worse part of project was waiting for the tile. But its industry wide problem due to Covid.

What a great team , from the roof removal team to the wood and steel team to the tilers , what an art. They all worked from early morning to late evening some days nonstop, so so happy with the finish. It is hard to find a company with team work and skill these days Bravo Safeguard roofing.

The general manager John Williams is a man of his word. He and his salesman Jay Klein always answered my phone calls and always followed up with any concerns I had. I was very pleased to work with them. I also liked the hot mopping technique they used to seal my roof prior to tile placement. It sealed the roof as tight as a drum.

the workers were very professional. doing every thing that you would expect plus more. If you have a question the office people are very helpful and explain every thing that you want to know. The whole process was great It left you with peace of mind that a good job well done.

NO, NO and NO! 10 months and $27,000.00 later we have new roof and the worst vendor experience.

The quality of the workmanship was superb. The worked rapidly and professionally and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward.' Their teamwork was great. Communications with the office staff was good, but not always complete. That may have been an issue of subcontractors-off ice communications.

The professionalism from the quote process to Last day of install has been OUTSTANDING. on the tearoff day they layed tarps down , protected landscaping and walked the grounds at the end of the day to pick up scrap material. The workers were efficient, quick and worked as a team. they advised me on all decking that needed to be replaced and layed down the material and wet-mopped in preparation for next phase for inspection and then the delivery of roofing tile and setting up on roof was efficient and quick. The tile setting went smoothly and the final product was impressive. I will use them again. The communication and letting us know know the schedule was seamless. we did not half to wait or wonder when they were coming. one phase ended and the next phase was only a few days after city of Hollywood Insp. The inspectors were always happy at what they saw.

At this early stage of our project, I could NOT wait another day to say that Jr , Sammy whom has been super efficient, and YOU Jay which none of this would have been possible without YOU being so great at what you do and NOT rushing my wife to make a decision in any way tilâ she felt 100% Comfortable with her decisionâ ¦ THANK YOU ALL !!! Actually I was most surprised and impressed last night when I got home that when I left, I obviously expected a total demolition DISASTER but I NEVER expected that when I got home how impressed with how CLEAN they left our propertyâ ¦.. I mean Stunned ! I mean HOW did they do that much, that quick and that efficiently that it had little or NO effect on our landscapingâ ¦ Wow⠦⠦⠦⠦⠦⠦⠦.. Great company for ur roof replacement. Starting from sales person Jay. He explain everything in dept. Then the three wonderful ladies In the office Sarah, Meghan, Sam amazing team. Worked with me through out the process. Informed me about everything. Scheduled everything accordingly. then the amazing workers. they were courteous. they were polite and worked hard. John there manager was great he answered all my questions regarding the roofing matters. All in all great experience. All inspections were passed for the very first time. Definetly recommend these guys. If you wanna replace roof. Look no further.

These guys did a beautiful job, They came with a truck to load directly when removing the old roof, They protected my property ( even covered my pool with plastic) and cleaned up everyday. They did a very great job at a competitive price.

Excellent work and crew and staff were very courteous, respectful of my property and cooperative in answering my questions.
