My advisor was very knowledgeable and clearly showed me why he was the best guy for the job. I looked at a quite a few people and even had someone undercut his bid, but I still stuck with SafeGuard Roofing. I've already referred them to 3 people.

They did a great job. Just waiting to hear back in regards to getting my spare tiles.

They were responsive. They did a great job. One of the tiles were broken and they came back to fix it!

Great company.

They did fine put the roof tiles down. But I have a leak by my chimney due to flashing not being replaced and they claim it's not their problem. They failed to come back to fix the flashing by the chimney.

They were very prompt and courteous until they received my deposit and signed contract. After they stalled around for months. I thinknthe job was done properly bu t the workers left garbage in my garden which I had to remove myself. They were annoyed when I asked for explanations. I would not recommend them.

Look, they're roofers, not doctors. The roof looks great, they installed it very quickly, including permit time, followed up quickly with any concerns or questions. Actually, would be ok if doctors always worked as well. This one is Asphalt Tile. Upgrade to Dimensional tile was a GREAT suggestion actually. Understand the underlying wood condition/required well before you sign. Not their fault , but there was additional charge for plywood, but it WAS bad. They did a good job buttoning it up as needed. The crew on our job seem to have real pride in work. They had a young man wheeling around a magnet sweeper to be sure all the errant nails were gathered up. Decent clean up every day. This is our SECOND roof with them (different properties), and service on the first S-Tile one has been as good as you'd hope. We used them again due to this service. John will be straight with you. Be straight with him and it'll all work out. I have no relationship other than customer. Originally found them on another site and Home Advisors too. Note about stars: Being brutally honest, in this market should be all 5 stars, in this market and business, damn near perfect. Don't think you could find better. Could every interaction go better? Sure, Could they be less expensive. Yes. But all things consider, real good. We would definitely use them again, and that says it all. Feels more like a South Jersey contractor, not South Florida ... if you know what I mean

They are quick to answer any and all of my questions and concerns. The GM, John Williams, and his team were so attentive, he would update me on the status of my permit, what was going on with the roof and the inspections. I would definitely recommend everyone to go to Safeguard Roofing for their next roof replacement!

John and his team were very professional and exceeded my expectations ... they managed to replace the roof and remove the old roof very quickly with no problems .... 5 star roofers !!!

Very pleased with the quality of work and level of service, combine that with the best price. Getting multiple quotes on a complete re-roof i was methodical in making sure that the product and materials matched apples-to-apples so that I knew the only difference was the price. Thank you to John for being helpful with Q&A and keeping us informed about the project schedule.
