They had replaced my roof about three years ago. I would recommend them, although they left a lot of roofing nails on the ground and my neighbor got a flat tire. In terms of speed, they got the job done very quickly, and so far the roof shows no signs of problems.

I got quotes from 3 roofing companies. They were the fairest price. They replaced all of my roof's rotten wood and did a great job with water proofing and installation of the tiles. The crew did additional work than their scope and very efficiently.

Watch for additional costs, ask if you need flashing etc.

Let me start by saying if I could give zeros I would. I have never experienced such poor customer service and have never seen a company perform such horrible practices. Including the fact that no one on the crew spoke English, I don't mean to be crass but they should have at least been able to communicate with the clients. We are a bilingual home we just don't speak Spanish, we speak Hebrew. And it was imperative that they could speak to us because no body at the office (John, Cheri, or Scott) ever answered our calls. texts or emails.From the beginning I simply asked them to notify me when they would be arriving and not once did they listen to this request. I asked for this courtesy because I have 5 kids who are home alone at times as I have to work and I wanted to make sure my children are aware that there will be workers at the home. Things only continued to get worse from there. The tear off crew left a mess of nails everywhere (I had to pull one out of my son's foot). And I am still removing tar from my driveway. The crew that put on the shingles showed up at 6 am on a Saturday with no call and left garbage everywhere. Then they failed several inspections. Once for not having the needed pictures documenting the progress on the roof. I have a video proof of the workers removing the pictures from the inspection bag that is to be left out front, yet the company tired to say we removed the pictures. Upon informing them that we have proof of their crew removing the pictures they put pictures of a roof that was not mine in my inspection bag. Since they had no pictures to prove they did the work they claimed they did they told us they now needed to cut a hole in my finished roof to take pictures and leave the spot exposed until an inspector could show up. I refused because at the time in my area there were severe weather warnings and it was right before Christmas and no one would be available until after the new year. They proceeded to tell me I had no choice and they will come back while I was gone and cut the hole anyway. We contacted local counsel and were informed to send an email advising them that they were not allowed to come back to the property and to call the police to document the situation. So we did. And the next day they came anyway when we were not home and cut into my roof.They were creeping around my property and parked up the road as to not be seen because they knew at this point they were trespassing. When my daughters that were home noticed what they were doing they told them to leave. They told my girls with their blades in their hands "to bad we cut anyway" and proceeded to damage my property by cutting a hole. Not 5 minutes later it poured and I had an exposed hole in my roof. The water ran into the attic vents which ran into the poured concrete wall then onto interior wall Now I have damage to my home, the exact reason why I did not the hole cut into my roof. I am at my wit's end with my company. How dare they just cut a hole

Roof looks beautiful, but the workers were sloppy. They threw nails and other dangerous debris all over my yard and my neighbor's yard and left their empty soda cans and food wrappers all over the place. They only picked it all up after I complained. None of them spoke English.

I was happy with the overall roof job but the customer service and follow up was horrible. First they quoted me a great price (lower than all the others) which is why I decided to hire them. Then as the weeks and months went by, the price became higher and higher- an extra foot of roofing needed here, a misquoted price there, and soon it was an extra $3000!! I felt it was a little shady and obviously if I?m picking my project based on price you need to be upfront with the cost. I didn?t think it was right. And getting anyone to call me back or even properly explain why this price wasn?t quoted from the beginning was a mission. The finished product seems fine but if you were to hire this company beware of the pricing.
