Once we agreed on a path forward, Stephenson purchased the needed parts and worked efficiently to complete the repair the same day. 5 stars, will call again, if needed.

Horrible! $500 for a 30 min job of unclogging a drain!

I needed an emergency service when the drain was clogged. They charged $500!!!! for a 30 min job, unclogging a drain! Never again! Very unprofessional, they make money to overcharging customers not creating loyal customers.

Removal of tree roots in drainage pipe

If you are using Roto Rooter because their service guarantee think again. They advertise a no hassle guarantee then on site when the quote you amd consider you a commercial client because the home is rented, they will not mention that the NO HASSLE GUARANTEE does not apply! Look elsewhere!

They were very prompt and polite. The tech said it was a leaking pipe and replaced it, but the leak has actually been coming from my dishwasher. I do not know if the pipe he replaced was actually leaking or not

Several Roto Rooter employees arrived promptly and then had to wait for their assistant with the camera snake. A previous, non-Roto Rooter, plumber had been paid to remove the 1956 Orangeburg pipe but only removed half and replaced it with PVC. The drain was blocked by tree roots at the new PVC / old Orangeburg pipe join which Roto Rooter then removed. The Orangeburg pipe is still in place. The Roto Rooter bill was $8,034.00

They gave me a quote, but I just inherited the house so I need to review everything that need to be done.

Never called back with estomate

Luis Cobos, #4603, did a beautiful job. He removed the old leaky spigot without damaging the plaster or the connecting copper pipe. We discussed the type of replacement spigot I preferred. Then he went to the plumbing supply company, purchased it, returned promptly, and installed it.

Aric came on time and fixed the problem.

Aric Gainer #4304 came out and was very professional. Gave me quote before he started. Was efficient and got problem solved quickly.

The guy cancel and the next day he came late. Did not introduce or apologize. Was not friendly. Saw the area, told us that the bathroom had been done without permits on a house that was built in 2000 from scratch. He could not give us an estimate. told us he would email us a estimate and he never did. Not professional at all.

The company was very responsive and had someone to my house immediately. The plumber was Angel, and he also called a water clean up guy to give me a quote. The hose to the sink was leaking and he quoted me $218 to replace it and told me it included parts (the hose). Rather than going to a plumbing supply place I recommended on South Beach, he checked a few hardware stores closer by and had trouble finding the right part. He finally did get the right part and fixed the problem. He arrived about 10:30am and was done before 2:00. However, even though he originally said the parts were included in the $218, he added $59.14 for the parts on the invoice. I asked to see the receipt for those parts because I doubted his integrity due to the fact that I was told parts were included. He didn't show me the receipt, and said that the parts were really like $35.00, but he had to go three places to get them an it was time consuming. He then said he would take it off and I did not have to pay it, but did not cross it off the receipt/bill, so it is not clear that I paid as agreed. Thus, the wok done was fine. However, I have had the same thing done before for much less money, and I did not like his attitude or trust that he is treating me fairly in the end. He had told me to sign for the work as if I was signing an estimate, before any work was done, and when I look more closely where I signed says "I acknowledge completion of the above described work, which has been done to my complete satisfaction." I am worried that the company is now going to bill me for the rest of the amount due on the bill - which was not the agreed on amount. While I would give the company another chance, but I would not like to use Angel. #3488

Aric Gainer #4304 arrived and quickly assessed the problem. The drain was very difficult to clear and required multiple augers. Eric continued to work until the drain finally cleared. I will definitely call him for my future plumbing needs.

Plumber services were scheduled from 12 to 4 PM to my parents that are senior citizens, they show up at 9:15PM , when i called at 4:15 PM to ask why they did not showed up they said one more hour, i called at 6:30PM they said in 45minutes, then they showed up at 9:15 PM, when I called to complaint they said that a supervisor will call me in 2 hours, what a lack of professionalism.

Called and was told there was no fee that someone would come look at what needed to be done give me the estimate and if I agreed they would do the job so made the appt, I explained I had a small leak at the base of the toilet and was given a window between 8am and 12pm, my dad came over since I had to go to work. At 12pm my dad calls to let me know no one had showed up. I called and was advised that they were very busy but that the plumber would be there shortly, an hour later I receive a call and they asked what the problem was; I explained again a small leak on the base of the toilet; the man then explains that they had scheduled someone to unclog the toilet in error so they were getting a plumber instead which should be there shortly. Shortly was 4pm; the plumber came changed the bolt; resealed the base in less than half hour and charged my dad $350; no estimate or question if we agreed with the price. Unfortunately I did not tell my dad to confirm the price before they did the job so that was my mistake. But I will never call this company again and will not recommend.

Called and told them had a leak from base of the toilet, they gave me an appt window between 8am and 12pm, at 12pm no one had showed up called and they advised me they were running late, at around one someone calls me and asks what was the problem; explained again; leak in base of toilet; then they say so it’s not a clog in the pipeline???? I said no; so they advise that the wrong person had been scheduled to come so they would be sending a plumber. After several phone calls someone showed up at 4pm. They say there is no charge for visit they will give the price and if customer agrees they do the job. Unfortunately my dad was at the house since I had to work, the plumber came did a half hour job and charged $350. So would definitely never call them again.

Called Roto-Rooter on Sunday around 11:30 am. Was able to schedule service call for 1:30pm. The scheduler called approximately 30 minutes before to say plumber was on the way. Angel #696 and Nick#3088 were very professional and put paper booties on before entering house. Angel quickly assessed the job and provided quote. They honored Angie's list coupon, which they deducted from quoted price. It should be noted that they did not charge extra for weekend service call. Work was performed quickly and they were very clean and neat throughout the entire process. Would definitely use again.
