The texture ceiling was done very well but the cleaning and remove of the popcorn was not done correctly. The bags were dragged causing the hallway and stairs to get dirty.. The Condo HOA sent me a letter complaining about all the dirt stains left on the hallway floors and stairs.

Neil was amazing. I have extremely high ceilings and he managed to get all the popcorn off and refinished and painted the ceilings throughout the house. It took him a little longer than he anticipated but he completed the job and we could not be happier he is very reliable and very pleasant to work with. Very happy I chose to use his services.

Very professional and easy to work with. A very good job and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for popcorn removal. They sprayed the ceiling with a Knock down texture and made the rooms look seemless. They also removed the flooring and did an excellent job on tile, carpet and laminate wood flooring. And they cleaned up after themselves. Neil was responsive and did the job in the time frame that was specified. Overall, an A+ job.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Do not waste your time! Although their work was good, they left all the vents, lights, etc. down and we had to hire others to come put us back together. Once they felt the project was done, they would not return calls or show up to finish. DO NOT USE THEM!

"Mr m asked me to take down the old lights want me to put up the new lights that same day I finished paint the ceiling which was wet ok I told him we cannot put the light he said its ok wants me to texture 2 wall for free wich was not included in the popcorn removal knock down texture and paint just want to take advantage but as he said the work is good i do not do lights we do popcorn removal"

Do not hire RND textures. They flat out lied about the work they did, saying they applied 4 layers compound and paint. They applied 1 or no layers to parts of the house, and did not paint. I needed to hire another company to fix the work, and overall the project went from 10 days to 25 days so we could not move in. They also left the AC running and we needed to spend $1200 to repair it. They also left doors open to the outside overnight. I feel completely duped. Beware itâ s hard to see these misses until you get fresh wall paint and it becomes obvious. I will never use home advisor again since I do not trust the other reviews that are positive - this was likely friends or family rather than real customers.

"Ok first of all the ac bill was not 1200 I saw the receipt on the kitchen counter it was five hundred and something dollars you just bought the house you had a GC pointing out a million things to you I was there that is not good in the house the job took a little more time because smooth ceilings takes a lot of time you had walked the house point out a couple things on the ceiling which I fixed you and your mom very happy before I left maybe couple little things to touch up you could have call me back I also did extra work for you for free no charge you forgot to mention that so with the AC and the back door is open how could I be responsible."

Do not hire RND Textures, their machines break, and they leave a mess. Try to tell you the knockdown texture they left me with, is the smooth finish I paid them for. I had to have another company fix the many errors in my ceiling.

Neal Is an expert When it comes to popcorn ceiling removal he Came into my home removed 2300 ft.² of popcorn ceiling And applied at knockdown finish that was spectacular my home was built in 1986 Neal was able to do a total transformation of my home and made it look like it was built in 2020 between the new ceilings and the Orange peel walls I feel like I am in new construction all I can say is wow totally happy Neal went above and beyond to make sure the job what is done correctly with no flaws I highly recommend This company.

The work product was poor. They removed the popcorn ceiling, but did a poor job of re-skimming the surface to flat. Numerous imperfections caused me to hire another firm to do the same thing all over again. I hired them because I thought the higher price ($2,500) would translate to higher quality. I was wrong. I had to pay another company $2,000 to fix it

"Every client that we do textures work for is guaranteed with a one year warranty. Mr. Todd never called me back to do little touchups. I was paid in full when everything was finished. If they were little imperfections he had the right to call me back, which he never did. The job is 2500 for 1000 sq ft popcorn removal, smooth, finish, and paint."
