The mold testing and inspection was professionally done over the course of a 2 hours span. The results were ready within a few days and we had passed. The report was extensive including photos of the meter reading that were good. I am selling this property and can feel confident that there will be no repercussions in the future. I recommend Protocol Inspections highly!

Johnathan did a very thorough job on the inspection on our home. Being new to the process, he walked us through every step answering questions if we had them. He was very informative and even told some jokes along the way. I highly recommend his services.

We were very happy with these guys. Quick, reliable, reasonably priced and very nice. Fixed the mold problem, clear the wall and dry the wall. Their inspection team was fab! they were knowledgeable and efficient in their work. They were keen and attentive. Happy with their work. I definitely will use Protocol Inspections again in the future, if and when needed, and will refer to my friends and family.

I called them for mold removal and the inspector paid a timely visit to our home. He did a thorough mold inspection and found all the marks where the work was to be done. The next day his team of mold removal started the work and they went above and beyond what I expected. Thanks for the great help and also for advising me on some tips.

Thank you so much for the mold inspection. I had so much trouble finding a company that can easily inspect the house and get rid of the mold infection. But the time I spoke to them, they explained everything about the process and calmed me down. Thanks to Joe he was equally informative and helpful to me and it was a wonderful experience.

The inspector, named John was prompt, and very thorough. This was my first time seeing a mold inspection, so I thought it was a very interesting process, and I appreciate that the inspector took the time to explain the process. Luckily, there wasn't any mold at the property. It took a couple of days for the results to come back, but it's better to wait it out rather than jumping the gun and continuing with a home purchase. I plan on using the guys at Protocol Inspections again in the future.

The inspector was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He fount mold where there was no visible water damage to the interior walls. He helped identify what was triggering my coughing fits and respiratory issues. While not cheap, the Protocol was on par with other providers. Well worth every penny though.

If you re looking for high quality service and top notch expertise, look no further than Protocol Inspections. Learned a lot in the process and I m grateful for how how quickly they responded to my mold issue. They even helped with my cats during remediation : )

Excellent job following through and providing the results in a timely manner, sending them out at 10:30 at night so they can be acted upon. The remediation protocols are very thorough, possibly too much, but better safe than sorry.

Great pricing, friendly and professional. John came over the same day which was very helpful in getting mold clearance testing before/if Florida goes under full quarantine.
