I met with Juan the owner of this company and went over multiple different types of fence styles that we liked. We received bids from multiple other companies but Juan seemed very trustworthy and knowledgeable. He said that he backed his fences with a full warranty for any defects and would be available to service our fence if there were any issues. We chose a black fence with fleur-de-lis finials and ball caps. Upon delivering the fence to be installed we noticed that the fleur-de-lis finials were made of plastic and not aluminum. They were made of aluminum on the gate portions but not the actual fence. The ball caps were also made of plastic. We address this with the owner and he replaced the ball caps with aluminum ones but told us that we had to take the ones with plastic. We are not happy about this at all. He promised us that this was the best way to do it. After the installation not even a couple months later we started to notice the fence post popping out. Initially we called Juan and he told us that this is because our lawn company was damaging the fence when they cut our lawn. At first we believed him but one day I was standing outside and witnessed two fence post popped out of the fence spontaneously. Upon examination I noted that the Fence posts have been duck taped to the plastic finials and were installed damaged in the first place. Now almost a year later we have had over 40 fence post pop out which needed to be fixed and replaced. The funny thing is when we call the owner of Power Fence for the warranty service he refuses to fix the fence stating that they do not service our area in Weston Florida anymore and that we are out of luck. He stated that this is not part of his warranty and has washed his hands of our project. But first he put a lien on our property to pay him a tiny balance left over which is money I had paid other companies to fix our fence because they are refusing to follow up and fix their work all within their one year warranty they claim on their website. It’s false advertising, it’s fraud, and a form of civil theft. I’ve had to figure out how to fix this fence myself because it has been getting way too expensive to have somebody else do so and the company Power Fence does not follow through with their promises or their advertised services. I do not recommend them, they seem like nice people, but they were dishonest with us about what they would do for our project by delivering half aluminum half plastic fencing and let us hanging with no alternative but to seek other companies to fix their defective products that they installed.

I had a fence built by Power Fence, the storm broke a part of my fence and since September 2017 I cannot get anybody from this company come and quote me for the repair (m0re then 2 months)

This company refused to tie an existing fence to the new fence, which left them flapping in the Wind. They refused to do it saying that it was not in their original quote. That was not my fault, everyone expected the job to be done correctly with the right tie ins with existing fences. That's a given. When I asked him to do it he outright told me no and became very rude. I asked him to leave my yard, at that point he turned around gave me the finger wave and started cursing me out. I watch this company cut Corners doing installation and not doing what is a given with any fence installation. Stay away from this company, even if they're the lowest price. They are cheap for a reason, and that reason is unprofessionalism and lack of quality. I guess I'll have to repair it myself, which will be a heck of a lot better then the way they left it.

"This review is inaccurate. Mr. [Member Name Removed] is not a current, past or future client of ours. Our contract was with Mr. [Member Name Removed] neighbor, Mr. [Member Name Removed] and the fence was installed on Mr. [Member Name Removed] property. According to Mr. [Member Name Removed] we have executed the job to 100% satisfaction and has even referred us to 2 of his neighbors. The first and only time we had any interaction with Mr. [Member Name Removed] was when the back fence for his neighbor was completed. Mr. [Member Name Removed] expected and/or assumed that Juan was going to secure/repair his side fence. Mr. [Member Name Removed]' fence is about 30 years old and is loose/falling apart, and seems to have been for a while. When the new fence on Mr. [Member Name Removed] property was installed, it was inside Mr. [Member Name Removed] property line. Juan as a courtesy, offered to add new boards to Mr. [Member Name Removed]' fence to keep the gap between the properties closed to which Mr. [Member Name Removed] disapproved of the new boards. In addition to Mr. [Member Name Removed] not appreciating Juan's extra efforts, he asked for us to install new posts along his old side fence, which we had never seen or had anything to do with. We were hired by Mr. [Member Name Removed] to install a new fence on his property to where the back fence divides his and Mr. [Member Name Removed] properties. Keep in mind that we did his neighbors BACK fence. What does that have to with Mr.[Member Name Removed] side fence??? At that point, we had to deny his request since we did not, nor currently have any verbal or written agreements with him. It seems Mr. [Member Name Removed] was looking for a free fence repair. After Juan denied his request for the free post installation, Mr. [Member Name Removed] got heated and told Juan to get the **** off his property before he grabs the hammer and shoves it up his *** and threaten to destroy Power Fence's name and reputation on social media and all reputable sites. In over 12 years of service we have not come across a situation quite like this where somebody that we do not know nor have ever met, demand to have free service and threaten/blackmail us saying if we do not comply with his demands, he will place complaints. Mr. [Member Name Removed] who we engaged business in for this project has expressed his gratitude repeatedely of how professional and quick our response has been. Power Fence does over 700 jobs a year, and we always leave our customers happy. We as a company take pride in our work and the relationships we've built with our customers. It is unfortunate when a situation likes this arises. Power Fence tries to accommodate everyone and will take that extra mile to please our customers; our main goal is to always provide professional and quality services."

They pulled the permit, whereas the other fence companies who wanted more money weren't even going to bother. Also, they removed the old fencing for free. Again, the other companies wanted to charge extra for this. All work was done very efficiently, and the finished product looks excellent.

Power Fence handled the permitting process (which unfortunately, because of the city, took several months). The actual fence installation only took two days. They did a great job and the price was the most reasonable of all the estimates I sought. Home Depot was nearly double the price. His team was always very responsive to my questions and easy to communicate with.

My experience with Power Fence was excellent! Juan and his staff are so very knowledgeable and pleasant. They returned my calls and answered all my questions very timely. They are completely honest and didn't try to pad the bill as does many businesses in Florida.Their prices are very reasonable. The installation is perfection. The fence was installed timely-- just needed to wait for the city permits. Power Fence is a 5 Star company..... the highest and best. A huge thank you goes to Juan..... Very impressive service and quality of work. Juan came out and was very professional and gave me a great price to have my fence removed and a new one put up. The team that put up the fence was very clean and did not leave anything behind. They also installed two gates and I was really impressed by the quality of the gates. These actually came with a steel square to reinforce the gate structure (See pictures). My last gates were simply a piece of fence on a hinged, These look like they will last a long time. What was also nice is that the fence it snug up against the neighbors fence and at the bottom because we have a little dog that like to squeeze through small areas. This will help keep him in the yard. I recommended Power Fence to several of my friends and they had the same excellent experience. I highly recommend this company.

From start to finish Juan was very professional. Due to wet weather, he was very busy but gave us a realistic start date and started in the timeframe promised. Shortly after completion, we had some damage to our new fence (we suspect our lawn service). Juan repaired it without hesitation. Would definitely use Power Fence again!

I requested a contract with terms and conditions (all the fine print) and a copy of his license and insurance so that I and my HOA would be assured that his business is in good standing and up to date. After much arguing he sent the contract, though he said he expected a deposit first before disclosing his contract terms. ABSURD! I refused to give the deposit unless I had a contract and full disclosure. Finally his office help emailed that over. They then sent me an email saying my HOA was not allowed to check his license and insurance unless I gave him a deposit first. SCARY-

We were extremely pleased with Juan and Brae at Power Fence. When we first called for an estimate, to the conclusion of the project, everything went very well.  Juan kept us posted as to when permits were applied for and pulled, when materials would be delivered, when commencement would begin etc.  His crew was very polite, fast working and extremely neat.  We were a little concerned because there was a chain link fence as well as a wood fence  which needed to be removed, but everything was taken care of and completely removed.  There were some very overgrown palms at the back of the project in the neighbor's yard, but Juan and his crew were able to find a quick solution to the problem. The fence and workmanship look great!
