The owner, Bruce, answered phone promptly . Was at my home within 24hrs . Professional came with leak detection equipment . He found two minor leaks and repaired them .Next day I felt their was still a problem once again returned and found another leak and repaired it . All done cheerfully and with 90 day warranty on his work .

I talked to Bruce. He's the man. Straight forward, honest, and dependable. 1st time he came out he found a leaking return. He patched. Pool went down again, he cam back out 2 days later and fount the other 2 returns leaking. Patched them. Water went down again so he cam back out a 3rd time not charging me anything for the second 2 visit because of their awesome 60 day garentee. He found the skimmer was leaking really bad. Special ordered me a brand new skimmer, had his people come out 2 weeks later and HELLO I have a running pool. he also answers any ?s I have quickly. WOW!

They are prompt and efficient. They actually had to do more work than originally planned, since they had to do some extra wiring..

Polite and efficient. In addition to installing the pool heat pump they had to run new wires. No problems.

I hired Bruce's company to do several remediation items. 1. He needed to acid wash my Diamond Brite. 2. Replace my chlorine cell. 3. Replace my skimmer return. (cracked and leaking) 4. Interlock (hook my salt system to my pool pump clock and turn off salt system at the same time the pump shuts down) 5. Replace the Jandy VS pumps "programming board" mine kept losing the time every time the power went out. 6. Replace the Autopilot touch pad. His prices were higher than other vendors i had quoted, I was super willing to pay more if more meant fast clean proper professional work, which he promised. So the work his crew performed was done really good. Only complaint was the interlock of the salt system and Jandy pump. They promised it would turn off at the same time the pump shut off, instead they wired the salt system to the existing time clock used for the old 1 HP pump. So essentially I don���t have what I paid for, the Jandy pump shuts down, and the salt system shuts off. The above "rigging" I can live with, what I found totally egregious was the damage left behind from the acid washing of my Diamond Brite. So instead of waiting for Bruce to setup his scenario of blaming the homeowner, I will explain what happened. One of his guys came by to drain the pool before the work started, the guy asked where he could run the hose. Knowing the pool had no chemicals in it anymore I felt comfortable telling him to pump it into the sewer that empties into our lake system. This sewer grate is on our HOA master property behind my house. I unlocked my gate and his guy left the hose there because draining the pool was going to take hours. After the pool was emptied to the level Bruce recommended I pulled the drainage hose back onto my property in my yard. His crew to do the acid wash shows up a day later (two days later total) they go to work and bottom line empty the acid from the pool without baking soda to neutralize the acid. I have security cameras, and it clearly shows Bruce���s guy moving the hose on my front yard. So they ended up killing part of my lawn, worst even they bleached the communities sidewalk and my neighbors painted driveway. Bruce's response to my complaint was, "its your fault you should of never moved the hose" His professional company was going to drain straight muriatic acid into my lake system, and it was my fault I was concerned his hose was left outside my gate and that area was HOA owned. Bottom line, just with all the ratings here and the boastful statements how great he is, I was left to deal with the neighbor. He never reached out to say can I speak to your neighbor? Since I have a great relationship with this neighbor I diffused the situation. Just more of we all have learned to come to expect from hiring contractors. Not my FAULT not MY PROBLEM. The reason I knocked off a few starts. Just be careful.

price was very reasonable. The technician was over the very next day. He worked very hard all day long and was meticulous and respectful. Great job!

the mechanic you sent, was very courteos, professionable and knowledgeable . his inspection determined that the cost of repair would be prohibited, a very honest evaluation after the inspection he helped us stabalize the pool on his own time it would be nice to have more company using these standrards by the way there was no charge for the evaluation, inspectiom, or his help or the service call. florida needs more companies with these values

I can not say enough about my experance with pro pool, i will defenalty use them again.

Bruce was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help. He was more than friendly and even took the time to answer question about other concerns I had about my that were unrelated. I will use them for all my repairs and recommend them to all my friends with pools.
