Hew was awesome. Very personable. I had a situation where there was water around the hot tub and he couldn't work around that, but he made arrangements to come back when the water was cleaned up. He came on time and was able to replace the needed part and explained some of the functions of the hot tub that I didn't know. He was very informative and friendly. I would most certainly refer him to anyone.

Bruce called us as soon as I finished posting my request on your site. He arrived right on time, completed the repair, explained the process, offered advice and charged us a very reasonable rate. He also explained that he has a one year guarantee on his work and if we had any problems to call him right away. He also gave us a letter to be used to contact the pool manufacturer and will email a letter we can forward to the water company so we do not have to pay extra money for sewage as we refill our pool.
