The representative called immediately after placing my request. Appointment was made in a timely manner. The problem was diagnosed quickly and accurately. The repair took a couple of days because of a part that was ordered, but that was fine. The company was professional and since the rapair, I have not hade any problems with the hot tub.

my hose got caught in the skimmer. It was removed with no damage to my ground. The clean up left things as they were before the damage. Thank You. A job well done Ben

Very professional and knowledgeable about Jacuzzi's. Our spa was repaired and in working order right at a week and they assisted us with an old pump that we had bought only one year early that was no longer any good-through another company Feel the pricing was reasonable for all his trouble..

Bruce from Pro Pool went above and beyond to provide us with a renovation to our pool. Every request we made with the estimate part of the job was adjusted until we felt comfortable with the job and price. Although we were not present during the entire job Bruce communicated to use with calls and emails including pictures of each stage of the job. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy professional.

Bruce made and kept his appointment time , ( some thing I an not used to happening from any of the contractores I have had come to the house. ) He was very affishent and right to the point , He found the leek and fixed it . He was very likeable and freindly, I will recommend him to my freinds. The pool has not lost a drop of water in the past 5 days ,befor he fixed it ,It lost 4 inches of water a day . My experiece with Pro Pool Repair was a very positive one. When I was interviewing prospective pool repair companies, Bruce took the time to thoroughly explain everything that he was going to do; and he told me I could call him with any questions, which I did. Bruce provided me with all of his licensing and insurance information. None of the other companies was as forthcoming. The job was done on time and in a timely manner, and the work exceeded my expectations. Bruce, himself, made sure he was on site every day. His crew was efficient, extremely neat and very easy to work with. Would use them again & would definitely recommend them!
