I clicked on service magic"s website and requested Pro pool repair and within 5 minuates bruce had called me back and was on his way over. This guy is a professional! Not the typical pool guy if you know what i mean!! Bruce lived up to everything he said he would and was fair with the price, all i could i ask for. I would definatly reccommend Bruce for future work. this guy is an All-Star.

Came out right away, corrected the problem, was price competitive.

I tried to find someone who could come out the same day, so I tried Pro Pool Repair, Inc. He made it earlier than projected and when Bruce called to say approximately when he would arrive, he was about five minutes early. He determined my hot tub problem in quick order, fixed it and made certain all else regarding my pool was in good working order. There is no question what company I will use for pool repair or service now, Bruce is efficient and pleasant.

I've had an inground spa disconnected, removed and hauled away by Pro Pool. Great guys, pleasant, honest, punctual, flexible and professional. Deliver what they promise, and are very thorough. They do not leave until making sure that you are satisfied. These days is hard to find the quality service that Bruce provides. One other thing, he called me immediately, minutes within posting my request and did not hesitate to come out rightaway, without charging a service call fee like the other companies. I would definitely recommend him, you will not be disappointed.

I have been looking for ANY reputable hot tub repair since I arrived in SoFl in 1999. For the first time -- 1) they showed when scheduled, 2) were swift and accurate with their task, 3) were informative about the problem, 4) showed up as scheduled with the part that had to be ordered in quick order, and 5) were reasonable with the fee. The only thing I can say about the 'others' I unfortunately used before them is that when they showed up, the check was cashed more rapidly than the work was completed...if it was completed at all. I am EXTREMELY pleased and will not go elsewhere in the future.
