after I initially had problems he contacted me immediatly and gave me suggestions and provided a fair resolution to the issue and gave me a fair price on replacing on my pool heater. I havent made a decision on what im going to do yet.

Bruce showed up on time and inspected the area. It turned out that my jet tub did not need service and the jet covers were closed. He informed me within 5 minutes of being there. I felt awful because it seemed like such a waste for him to come for a misunderstanding. He didn't even charge me for the call/service and he didn't make me feel bad for my mistake. If I have a "real problem" in the future, I will be calling Bruce again!
