Very pleasant technician came - I explained what I thought was the issue. he went into her bathroom and came out and said "yes" needs to be caulked. Was prepared to do the job but the shower was wet so said would come back end of week. My issue - tech did not know how "angie's list" purchase worked. I explained to him that I paid for him to come diagnose and I would get $50 credit towards the work. He proceeded to tell me that it was going to cost $150 per hour to caulk my shower. Need less to say - I cancelled and told them not to come. I did it my self - thank you YOU TUBE!

Fine. The plumber arrived on time and did the work professionally and the sink works perfectly. This is the second time I have used them and was satisfied both times.

The service man has been here 4 times. Toilet is not running but it doesn't run as good as it did before he worked on it. Very disappointing. I will eventually need to hire someone to really fix it.

At first the repairman thought it could be fixed but because the fixture was so old we could not find the proper replacement part for it - so a new faucet was installed. Very helpful and nice technician.

Read reviews and purchased angieslist coupon that gave me a service call and $50 toward repair. They were able to come out later in the day. The plumber was not able to fix the problem and recommended that a emergency response team come to the house and possibly repair a ruptured pipe. I wanted a second opinion before they suggested my yard getting torn up. The next day I hired another plumber and lord and behold the problem was fixed. If they were going to fix the problem, it was going to cost roughly $300 (w/o coupon) to snake the pipe. The price was three times what I paid to have the work done correctly from another plumber. Would not use them again. Plumber struggled to calculate dimensions and seemed messed up on drugs/alcohol

After three trips and replacing most of the parts, the toilet no longer is running continuously. However, it does not have the original flushing power prior to the repairs. I should call them back out again...but I'm hesitant to call again. Extremely frustrated and may need to call someone else to check it out.

They offer a $104 faucet installation service coupon through Angie's list. Last Thursday, I called to set an appointment for the installation of 2 faucets. The woman who took the appointment told me I didn't need to buy the Angie's List coupon and they would honor that price. I made the appointment for today, Tuesday at 8-10 AM. They took down my address and the woman I was speaking to mentioned she had relatives that lived down the block from me, and we talked about the area, so clearly she was familiar with where the appointment was. Today, 5 days later and the day of the appointment, at 9:10 AM I called to confirm what time they would be here, as I was going in to work late on account of waiting for the appointment and had already waited an hour into the 8-10 AM window. The woman who answered said they cancelled my appointment and had called me this morning (I did not have a missed call) to tell me they didn't offer the $41 Angies list special in my area. I told her I don't know what she's talking about, I had scheduled 2 faucet installations and that was not the price I was quoted, and if the price was going to change why wouldn't they just call me to confirm a new price rather than cancelling the appointment after waiting 5 days? She said they did call me to cancel, and she read off the wrong number that they had called. I told her this was not my number and she said I had given them the wrong number and the appointment was cancelled and she hung up on me. I called back to speak to a manager and they let the call go to voicemail. Incredibly unprofessional waste of time. As of this morning, when I type in my address their offers still appear as available on Angie's List - false advertising, misleading, and leaving me in need of an emergency plumber as I have guests arriving today and need the faucets. Spend your money and time elsewhere.

They are supposed to be a 24 hour service, but they didn't come out on Saturday or Sunday and wanted to charge us time and a half to come out and fix the leak. They are supposed to come today to fix the leak. Update: It was a little convoluted, but at least at the end, it all worked out. They came back out to fix all issues. All is well.

From start to finish Plumbing Troopers Inc were very responsive, professional and quick!! Cristy responded to my message from Angie's List within an hour of opening the office and we were able to confirm someone for same day. Mike was quick and efficient and got everything done that we needed. We are super happy

So they sent Mike Caputo. He was outstanding. He was very congenial and quickly replaced the seals and grouted around the toilet making it look great. I was very happy. Then, the next day, I noticed some leaking which seemed to be coming from that knob on the wall, but it turned out it was coming from the upper bowl. I called the company -- I forget who I spoke with, but her name started with "C." She was out shopping but, I told her I had some leaking and she cheerfully said she would get the technician to respond immediately, and he did. He came over in what looked like street clothes because he rushed over. Needless to say, he simply had to replace a connecting tube on the upperbowl and I was all done. He didn't try to charge me anything either. I liked Mike so much, I told him I have other plumbing jobs I need done, like replacing my hot water heater. And I will have him come do that too. The fact is, there are so many untrustworthy contractors out there, it is hard to know who to trust. Once I find someone I can trust, I stick with them. That's a win win in my book. Anyway, these guys are terrific. Very responsive. They are a little pricey but not above market (trust me I've used other plumbers, I know). You get what you pay for and you have the satisfaction of knowing the job will be done right. Well done Troopers...you get that your most valuable service is customer service. You treat customers like they will be giving you more and better business later and they will.
