The cost was very expensive. I ended up having another company do the major work. The people from Plumbing Troopers were nice. I am not sure how experienced the plumber was, but he was nice.

He replaced the faucet--had to go to Lowes- (4 miles away) to purchase faucet----he should have given me receipt---in error, I neglected to ask for it...BUT - $600.00 for the faucet and it is not gold!!!! I take the statement back--the whole job was $600.. - labor and faucet---but--I feel he took advantage of us---the faucet was leaking at a pretty good rate--we are elderly folk--that is the reason I feel he took advantage--he would not back down --we both were in shock at a price--he just stood there--if I read his mind --(I will get these old folks) --over and done with---Karma!!!! just wait, dude.

I temporarily moved down to Boca Raton from New York given all the craziness in the world. Unfortunately, my apartment had two-bathroom sinks that clogged up quickly. I called the Plumbing Troopers office and Mike was at the apartment within the hour, fixed the clogged drains and I havenâ t had any issues since then. It is nice to know that this essential business is providing fast and reliable service.

Taj did an excellent job replacing my shower fixtures and replacing a leaky pipe He had to drill through drywall to complete the job and installed a panel in case there is any more issues in the future which was an excellent idea

Chris did a great job. He was very helpful. He replaced the water line to the main residence. After the job was complete, due to no fault of his, debris from the old pipes got into the home and stopped the flow of water to the shower and a few faucets. He took the time diagnose and fix the problem. All is good now!
