It went poorly. New sod had a lot of dead patches. I was forced to treat the lawn myself. When I tried to cancel the contract I was told they would enforce the balance of the contract and charge me for all service calls. Shortly after posting my first review I was contacted by one of the owners of the company Mr. Chris Cavanagh. I met with Chris and one of their lawn experts and they have been very attentive. They have promised to get my lawn back in shape and have been diligently working in that direction.

For many years, Petri Pest Control Serivces has continued to provide excellent service for our home and lawn. Today, Javier came to home to address an ant problem in the garage. He is professional, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and quickly access the problem with care and concern for our needs. We are confident that the ants will be gone soon. It may be odd to say but it is always a joy to see our Pest control tech, Javier. He always calls ahead to let us know he is on his way. He is thorough, easy to talk to, and attentive. We are also reassured that your great service is only one phone call away. Thank you to the entire Petri team for making our home bug free!

Javier came today to spray my house's exterior to keep my home free of the plague of ants which used to infest my home before Javier "jumped in" to save the day. Every 2 months he arrives, and each time, it is an absolute pleasure to work with him. He is professional, friendly, and very skilled at his work. A very rock-solid thumbs-up to Javier. I have a yearly contract and so far I have had only a few issues with the shrubs and a few plants getting diseased. However, this is Florida and that is to be expected. Problem isn't gone yet but they have been out twice since I called about it and the shrubs and plants do seem to be getting better.

I've been using them for years and years and years. I have an ongoing service with them, contract for many, many years, every two to three months. I have nothing to add to that. Interaction and work is fine. I would recommend them. The price is fair.

The price was over double what others were charging, but I'd already called and set up the spray so I went ahead and let them do it. One month later, I contracted another company to come out and spray and they did a great job at 1/3 the price so I kept the new company.

As with most companies Petri's minimum charge for a one-time service with a 30 day guarantee is priced much higher than if you were to sign up for a regular ongoing services with Petri (6 to 9 visits per year typically) which include free retreatment in between if needed. I have had pest control services done by Petri for 5 years. Their techs are professional and have always done a great job. This review however, is more about how they handled a problem which is , in my opinion, what separates the good from the exceptional. The technician accidentally hit my mailbox and immediately came to the front door to tell me. He apologized and told me he would report it and have it fixed. Very nice man. Unfortunately, hurricane Irma was headed our way the next week. A week after the storm passed, I called for an update and they put a new mailbox in for me several days later. Admittedly, I had to make several calls to them but under the circumstances of the storm, we all had our hands full. I really appreciate that they stood by their commitment... other companies I have dealt with have not. And it all begins with the honesty of my technician Rafael. It's employees like him that make companies exceptional.

Not well unfortunately - my grass was dead after the first treatment but I received lots of follow-up and price adjustment as they tried to improve the service. Still not what I want but would like to give them the chance to correct the problems.

They are out every other month. They are a great service. They are very professional. I actually asked them to perform a service, and they told me I didn't need it, and didn't charge me for the evaluation. I was quite surprised by that. Usually with pest control, you don't get the most ethical folks, but Petri I would them in high regard and recommend them to anybody in the general area that would need pest control. I pay them monthly. Just one person comes out. During the initial time they came out, they explained everything. At the very beginning of the consultation, they explained everything to me, after that, they haven't.
